I’m only giving a 5 star because of Alycia at the Roseville/Tupelo location. This girl is amazing! The company has been raising rent more than we feel is necessary. But Alycia is a saint. She has always been on top of everything and helped us out with payments and business. She is friendly and goes over and above for us.

I was so surprised recently when I called to ask about an email I'd received from Public Storage. Alicia answered the phone when I called & explained what the email was about.
While we were talking, she looked at my account & saw how long I'd been a customer ... and how we've only been late once w/ a payment. She asked for a reduction in price for our unit ... and starting next month, we'll be paying $36 less!

We got a storage unit back on August and its perfect it fits everything inside. alongside its lights up which is perfect because I can see everything i need to get to which is awesome because it sucks looking for things with a flash light. there was a small mix up with our account but when we went into the location Billy and Salisha (apologize if i wrote it down incorrectly) were so kind and helpful, which was amazing because they got it fixed right away. I love how easy it is to get inside all you need is your phone and it unlocks the gate and door. absolutely love this location and how friendly the staff.

Nice facility always clean. However no one is ever in the office if you need to speak with someone and the gate closes very early the latest is 6pm. Other than that I like the place and location.

Great clean facility on the inside except Building D has a Dove family living above the entry and there is poop everywhere. Staff is lovely. Could use more carts to transport stuff. Several times I had to leave due to unavailability. That was a downer.

I highly recommend this Public Storage to anyone that is looking for a friendly secure place to store their valuables.
While leaving the property I realized that keys were left in the storage unit that I had no access to. I rushed into the office and explained the elevator will not operate and Alicia said that's because it's after closing time. Instead of acting like a Karen I explained I was leaving on vacation and needed to get into my storage for 10 seconds. It was after hours and she was off the clock and leaving but still stayed to help me get my keys and avoid a vacation disaster. It's rare for employees to help when they don't have to. Five stars for Alicia.

Public Storage I go to the one on Roseville Road and antelope it's a good storage place it's just their prices are going up way too high and they need to extend their hours from 6:00 in the morning to 9:00 at night give people more time in which to do what they need to do

I had the BEST experience Ever! I made a reservation and it was the BEST price possible. For some reason it wasn't giving us the price stated on the reservation, so I called customer care, got transferred, and then told to call back the next day to speak with Tech support. I ended up going to the facility, and the reservation still stated "The Best Deal Everrrr" 😁 Funny though, the prices changed Several times throughout the prices, but I ended up with the BEST DEAL at the end! I prayed about it with my sister and family... I say, PRAISE GOD!!! IGot The Best Deal, even though it was a little time consuming and Worked the Patience in all of us involved. I thank you Casey! (I'm sorry if I've spelt your name incorrectly) You were Sooo Caring, polite, patient, kind, and invested in my case... I Thank God, and I thank Casey!!! What A Blessing! I love Dominique she was very sweet & helpful & the young man that works there as well they were very nice.but some of there employees need a attitude check totally not OK …I’ve had wonderful customer service experience up until my move out day. I went into the office employee Ray was extremely rude talked on the phone the whole time gave me attitude so i asked was Dominique available she then replied with a nasty attitude saying no why ?? I was totally stunned I just told her have a good day.
I have had a storage unit here for several years and have been continually pleased with the service. I live out-of-state and have had some issues with lock replacements, management has always worked with me to fix whatever comes up.
Just recently I had a personal call from the property manager to inform me my autopay hadn't gone through. It was so nice to get a call like that versus how some companies handle their financing. I was able to fix the payment problem quickly!

I unfortunately have had to deal with having a storage unit for far too long. But in the YEARS I have dealt with Public Storage I’ve never been treated with such respect and courtesy as I have with Dominique and Joseph at this location. They are on point with walking the grounds, keeping the location clean and keeping an eye out for anyone who shouldn’t be there. I have had a few hard months financially due to family illness and no matter what they have handled me with kindness. Dominique is beyond professional and kind. She has answered any/all questions I’ve had and she has called me to keep me updated with the status of my unit. I am not foreign to calls about past due bills recently but she was the first person to seem to truly care. To be treated like my things are as important to her as they are to me makes a world of difference. I’m very happy to see such professional people handling this location now! Great hiring job Public Storage!!!

I generally HATE moving but Jo got us the right size storage space that was a great price and I got to witness his customer service even when dealing with the shenanigans of disorderly loiterers. The place is clean. I see him patroling and sweeping the area. I feel confident my stuff is safe. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
