Great customer service! Jordyn helped me and was in time and so quick for the setup! Literally like 15 mins! Every time I go in someone greets me or waves! The place is very clean accessible and I appreciate the features of using the app for gate access! Definitely would recommend!

WARNING:I was prorated on the way in and this company would not prorate me on the way out. I lost $90.00 by having left on the 15th of the month. I was never late once in eight years with my rent, I do not recommend using them!

DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. This storage facility is poorly built and not properly maintained and cared for. EXTREMELY LAZY GUY named "David" at this location. 😒 He showed me units that were not even cleaned after move-outs! Fresh oil spots from vehicles parked inside units!!!!!!!! Should not be allowed! Storage facilities are huge money makers and units should be properly cleaned out and cared for. Decided to check out some units today and was disappointed. They were not cleaned out properly and not well maintained by staff. Seems their only job is to show units and take payments. 😒 One indoor unit I saw was not cleaned out and still had trash and other debris from the last renter and to make matters worse no lighting💡 So this place is too cheap to install a light with indoor units? All indoor units should provide proper lighting💡for the rent that you pay. Keep in mind bugs, rats, reptiles can easily find their homes into your outside units because of the openings in the concrete walls.🪳🐀🦎 Found cobwebs in outside unit.🕷🕸 Found huge oil spots & stains in one outdoor unit caused by storage of a vehicle leaking oil and the staff did not bother to clean and mop. 🪣🧹 I'm suprised they allow vehicles to park inside the unit which shouldn't be permitted. When looking for storage space be sure to ask about security and inspect everything before you rent including the lock area where you can open/close easily, the top of the unit for holes especially the outdoor ones. Did not expect this from a supposedly high end company like Public Storage.☹️😡👎

Everytime I come in to drop something off or pick anything up I’m greeted by the friendliness of the staff. Marissa wright always is helpful and tact whenever I come in, good quick conversations that brighten even my bad days. Come here if you want to feel like you have competent people safekeeping your personal items.

Rayell is my property manager and she is phenomenal at her job and really takes care of customers. I understand someone is not always in office but do appreciate when she is here . Property is well kept, definitely a asset!

2 stars Only because of staff. It appears that staff disappears during operating hours, for hours, and do not respond to phone calls. I waited in front 2:20 pm to 5:45 pm to get help, and they close at 6pm. I was accompanied by 2 furniture movers and a large truck. I had to pay for another day for the truck, movers and gas. I brought it up to staff, but they didn’t give a rats a$$. The location is good though, and staff is knowledgeable of their work.

There is never anyone in the office to help you. I have spoke to a few others with units here that say the same! I left messages for at least 3 days before finally getting a call back as well. They also will quote you one price then when you go in they charge you at a higher rate much higher! I wouldn't recommend this location...

Ray has been nothing but kind sweet and positive. she helped us to get a outdoor storage at another location when one was not available where she was. and when we ran into a issue at the other facility she took the time and effort to helped us fix that situation still kind and sweet and positive at all times .she has one of the best customer service personalities I have ever seen anywhere .and I definitely would recommend that facility that she works at to anybody I come across that needs help with any storage unit 100%

I love my storage unit and the workers here are friendly and have great customer service! Especially since we got a new full time property manager! The place is always clean! She constantly staying busy whether it's making friendly call reminders to customers to pay their bill so they don't get a late fee or picking up trash, cleaning the garage doors or the bathroom. She's so friendly and has great customer service. She treats everyone with respect! Public storage has the best prices around!

I came to look at a storage unit I reserved online because it was a really good deal. When I looked at it, it was perfect but when I went to finalize everything I was told the reservation that I made was “technically” for a different one and the one I had looked at was a lot more expensive than it showed online. I was ready to leave but Viviana was able to sort things out for me and was hands down the best customer service I have ever had. She is the only reason I stayed to look at the other unit and was so so helpful. I ended up getting the second one so a big, big shoutout to her for going above and beyond.

Doors have been broken for years and they have no care to fix them.

Cornelia, she is amazing in customer service, every time I have a question or need help, she is helpful and answered all my questions or concerns.

I would leave a negative 5 star review if I could. This location illegally increased the agreed upon monthly rate by $100. We are pursuing legal action. I would definitely pass this location by if you are looking for a storage unit. The manager is very rude to the customers and homeless people camp in the back area overnight. Hope you have a good lock. Update: so the manager of this location cut the lock on our unit and rifled through our belongings according to the county worked that is involved. This is illegal activity and police are being called. I would suggest moving anything you have at this location as it is not safe.

Trying to get ahold of a real person on this sight is like impossible!!! I have tried calling multiple times in a day, left messages, no call backs. Trash is all over the property. Nicole is like non existent! Today as I was cleaning out my unit for the final time. I tried to call so they could close out my account. No answer, left message, still no call back. x2 As I was leaving a customer had just rented a unit and her code wasn't working. Nobody was in the office to help her. As I have been coming over the last month I have seen one 1 time was there a person in the office.
