Great service from public storage, everyone was so helpful.

Bluetooth access is really nice, and the units are as I expected. Only think I would change is the time of access. They close so early so I can’t feasibly access my unit during the week because I can’t get off of work early enough to make it before they close.

Zain was very helpful in completing my p Final rental space and she even helped opening my lock

Affordable for my budget. Desirae was very nice but I think she misinformed me about the hours. I recall being told gate access was 6am-10pm not 6-6.

This is an amazing location! The workers are so helpful and kind. This location is clean and ready for storage. I truly recommend to use this storage facility to keep all your valuables safe. Andrew was very kind and was extremely eager to help me with all my needs and questions!

I have been a loyal customer for years. Yet I don't agree with the rental increases what so ever it's rediclious. I do appreciate the phone response and customer service very friendly and kind for many years.

The awful customer service is the biggest reason I'm unable to give 5 stars. I have used Public Storage a few different times in my life, as I move a lot, and this was my worst experience yet. After completing my rental process online, the email I was sent instructed me to come into the rental office to finish the last steps, so my partner and I went in. We were greeted by a lady who immediately gave us attitude. She kept asking if I was supposed to be there in person and when I assured her I was, she skeptically asked for my ID. When she did in fact find my account and unit that was signed and paid for, she returned my ID and when I thanked her, she was sure to silently turn her head away from me. My partner and I just moved in together and have weekends off together so we were in a good mood, no rush at all. We were talking and laughing while the lady finished up things on her end. She wrote down the gate code and we went to our unit only to find we needed a door code as well. I called the office to avoid going all the way back to the front, she immediately cut me off and told me what I needed to do to use to lock we purchased. I let her finish and told her that wasn't what I was calling for at all, I told her what I needed, and she said she didn't give us the door code because she thought we had it (but she never asked us if we had it...) and then told us we had to go back up front to get the code. When I asked her why she couldn't tell us over the phone, she said it was for security because all calls are recorded( but there were no disclaimers on the line before we were connected required by law stating the call is recorded). I went to the office again and told her I know the calls aren't recorded and it felt like she was being rude and giving us a hard time. She then started to explain that me and my partner were "whispering about [her] taking too long" and that we were the ones "in a rush". I let her know we were NOT talking about her and that, we were in fact, in no rush at all. She apologized and wrote down the other code we needed and I left, but I hope I'll never need to go into the office for anything. The manager is named Dee and was nicer to me because that's who I spoke to when I signed up for my unit in the first place but be wary, Dee has some bad reviews on here too if you read through them. If you absolutely want to go with Public Storage in this area, maybe try the location on Howe instead. It's just as central and the customer service is better. The only reason we went with this location was bc they had the unit size we needed. If I hadn't had positive experiences at other Public Storage locations, I would have totally walked out and gotten my money back, but at the end of the day, the units are well kept, the security is great, and they offer cheap insurance.
