Bad customer service from the unfriendly V today... she was visibly upset that there were people waiting at 9:30 am... we were there early for our appointment and waited patiently outside as we saw her arriving at 9:28am... went on to set up without acknowledging our presence, then unlocked the door at 9:32am... no hi's, no good morning whatsoever... she told us that we could only be helped if we had an appointment and they don't do 9:30am. It wasn't our fault that we were given that appointment and that she was "inconvenienced." Take it up with your telephone support.

Im very disappointed. Had my storage lock sliced open and broken into and called for help and all i was told is that i couldnt be helped at all because it was 10 mins till closing time. Not only was i left confused and scared but worrying about my items and even though i pay insurance monthly i figured it out and looking around for other storages companies.

Just left at 2pm mad got lectured by someone who was on their break. Its appointment only then that's fine put a sign on the door that you are on lunch. Don't lecture me about your situation. I already made a reservation online but changed my mind. Watch your tone.

Rayell is a condescending woman, she needs to get checked, as she was extremely rude. She needs to approach people better or you will definitely be losing business often. Definitely needs to be reevaluated.

Vaneesha helped me over the phone day before and also in person was very informative. Also very nice while doing so showed me the storage unit and helped me set up in automatic payments and the app ! Taught me how to open the doors with my phone was super neat and most places will just tell you download the app and figure it out on your own. She helped me walk through the process.
Man that Ashawna was a real blessing with helping me in my time of need!! She was phenomenal from start to finish.. I offered her a job just because of the customer experience was that great, I feel as if 5 stars isn’t enough for her if public storage knew what they was doing they would have her in management!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Have had nothing but problems with them from the start. They raised my rent by $76 in only a few months time. There is never anyone there. In order to use the bathroom you have to call the manager, who is never there. They say to use a restaurant. There are never any pushcarts available. There is always trash everywhere. Good luck getting anyone to call you back. There is no lady named "Petra" here, so if you are reading the reviews and basing your decision on that, move on. Go to another storage facility. You will be ripped off by this one!
I would give 0 star if google will allow me, there's no people running this place, every time i came in nobody's in the office.
