If needing extra storage and this site is convenient for you to get to, I highly recommend this place on Pocket Road and speaking to Maria. Maria was patient and very helpful in getting us our storage space, especially since this was the first time my husband and I had ever signed up for storage and we did not know much about the process. Maria helped us through the process and showed us the spaces that we were considering, also informing us what spaces would best fit our needs. We were very happy with all of the spaces shown as well as with the space we chose - they were clean and maintained very well. We also managed to get a very good Labor Day deal online for a large space, so definitely worth it to look online for any good deals. The online deals are separate from the deals the storage offers on site, so look online and ask staff on site for their prices to compare. If wanting to talk to staff (I recommend Maria), make sure to call ahead to set an appointment, though, to catch staff at a good time to answer any questions. If I need extra storage in the future, I would definitely return to this location.

I've had my stuff stored there for 10plus years and Maria was there when I got my storage. She's had helped me over the years. If I have a question I know I can call Maria and get it handled. She was also able to get our monthly payment lowered because my husband is having surgery and we just couldn't afford it. But if you are looking for storage with a great manager Maria at public storage (pocket rd.) Would be my pick everytime because of the management and it's a very friendly environment. Thanks again for the help Maria.

I drove by and decided to walk in on the spur of the moment. Alexandria was wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and fully available to show me multiple units. She also had information on current promotions and was able to set me up with a rental immediately. From start to finish, the entire process took less than 30 minutes. There is also a mobile app that allows you to open the gate to enter the property, make payments, and more. Highly recommend!

Friendly customer service

Just know all locations are manned by appointment only. We didn't pay attention to the contract details and could not move in until we made an appointment to show ID. Once we did, manager of location was very nice. Make an appointment before showing up! Other than that small hiccup, great location and price was competitive.

I spoke with someone on the phone about a unit transfer. We had agreed that I can come into the office and sign paperwork the following day at 5-530pm. She specifically told me that I can come in and that one of the facility managers would be waiting for me. When I showed up at 5pm, the office was closed and there was no sign of anyone. A few minutes later, Liz came by and asked if I had an appointment. I explained my situation to her and although she was getting ready to leave for the day, she stayed back and helped me with the transfer. She made the whole process so easy and was really nice. I really appreciated her staying and assisting me. Ask for Liz when you need assistance as she will go above and beyond.

The property manager didn't care that his staff did not update contact information and properly record conversations. I had made a payment on September 28 whoch the "We Care" phone line representative was able to locate and verify, but my storage unit was sold on October 28 without any notificationbeing sent to me and no phone call to advise or warn of event. Customer service stated he could contact the buyer to see about sentimental items being returned, but the phone number went to a generic voicemail each time. Once I was leaving review the voicemail was able to be connected to.

Unit Manager "M" is very nice, quick to respond, and very accommodating. We have had a unit at this location for some time now and are happy with the location and the facility. Haven't had any issues thus far.
