Constants made looking for a unit a breeze. I was stressed out about finding a place and considering the area, I wasn’t sure if it would be best to get a storage in the area but she changed my perspective on that with her friendly vibe and outstanding costumer service. Thank you for making this part of my move relaxing, if only she could help me transition the whole process into my new home! I definitely will be returning! Constance is awesome. My daughter and I were looking for a storage unit near El Cerrito. We checked out a few and asked some questions online. Constance got back to us first, and best to be honest. Not pushy, very friendly, and let us know we could stop by during business hours anytime. As fate would have it, as our day progressed, we found time, and I called with a 30-minute notice, which was not a problem. Constance met us at the office and gave us a tour of the facility, It looks very secure and safe. I planned to check out a few other locations, but Constance was so good at answering all my questions and showing how everything worked. We signed up on the spot. Big thanks to her. Five Stars, for sure.
So far, so good. We were nervous finding a location to temporarily store our surplus belongings as we renovate, even though we're not storing anything valuable. The first person who was super helpful was Chris - he was kind enough to help me get signed up for our unit and walked us through the location and tour. Today, Constance, the manager was there and she was super helpful. She helped me change the start date for our unit since we decided to start loading earlier than planned. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate.
Great rate. Hassle-free move in and hassle free move out a couple years later. Clean and secure facility.
Employees are all courteous. Site manager was available, communicative, and helpful with questions related to rental agreement.
Constance and Jay were extremely helpful in arranging for a locksmith and working through their lunch hour so that I could get into my unit after I misplaced my key.

She was very communicative and helpful yet patient since I came already pissed off by raised prices we face all times and making me loose my time on top of mistreat from some staff @620 Harrison in Berkeley! She definitely made me change mind about doing business at “public storage” they don’t care about long term clients and raise prices every almost 3-4 months “crazy!” Welp because of this lady I can stay few more months and not be ripped off for a while

My family estate have used the facility for over 30 years and now that all the ancestors in my family that had dealings with this establishment have passed on an left the responsibility on my sister and I, I have nothing but love an admiration for the owner mainly the property management rep Constance. She helped us in more ways than one as we sorted thru items that we hadn't seen since childhood and made the whole process so much easier for us especially since emotions were involved. I recently used this facility to store my furniture for two months. Constance -the property manager- was very friendly since the first moment, making honest recommendations on the size of the storage I needed.
The manager also recommended that I download the PS app. That saved so much time in checking my charges and accessing the property without delay.
I had an issue when I checked out, as the company charged me for an extra month. Constance was instrumental in helping me get a refund.
