Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 14820 San Pablo Ave, San Pablo, CA

I NEED ANSWERS!!! Will somebody please tell me where the hell does this company find the employees for this Public Storage in Richmond, CA??? It was my first time at this location and first time ever doing business with this company in fact. Everything was going wrong for me from the moment I stepped into that office!!! I made the reservation for my rental unit the night before online. I arrived at the facility around 9:15am and the lady who was behind the desk, told me that I was too early to check in...six freekin hours too early! My reservations where for 2pm - 3pm later that afternoon and the unit may possibly not be ready yet. I was already having a challenging day and could foresee that the rest of my day will probably be just as. This is where the root of my first question, in the beginning of this review, comes from in regards to, "where the hell does this company find the employees for Public Storage?" I ask this because Eden, the employee on site that day was AMAZING!!! I never do reviews good or bad about any business, employee, or services ever. Until now... Based on the kind of day I was having so far, just one more little set-back was all that it would take for me to exceed my frustration tolerance. Eden assured me that everything will be just fine and promised to walk me through the entire process. Not only was I impressed by her stellar customer service she so easily gave, but her ability to maintain a very high standard of professionalism while keeping such a humble and approachable demeaner, was so refreshing. I left the facility with a feeling of gratitude and appreciation for the entire experience. So for what its worth, to whoever hired this woman...Eden deserves a raise! Side note- she makes the cutest handmade Christmas cards too.

Prices WAY too high ,can’t access belongings ; staff never at desk so youre wasting time going back and trying to catch them you end up late paying 40$ late fee.Plus the gate isn’t accessible after 6pm 300$ for a storage you have to chase staff down just to access I’m happy with EXTRA STORAGE I will never rent here location wise and the company policy sucks

Stacy was amazing and really came through for me I arrived before closing and she helped me with a closer storage unit so i would not have to go up a elevator thanks again stacy

I never in my life had a storage unit and I kept trying to book it online so I was really confused so one day I went in and a women by the name Jessica greeted me she was busy with another customer but was kind and told me to wait and then she helped me very much to chose the right storage unit for my belongings. I love how you can get access to the gate via app very convenient and easy! Thank you for all your help :)

I randomly got here after my GPS tried to send me one further away... The door was locked when I arrived so I decided to call the service hotline from the QR Code bar scan. A bubbly woman answers the phone. She was professional, crystal clear and was very patient with me, and quite humorous, she was such a delight. She explained all the options available and pricing that would fit my belongings and it helped me decide on the best dimensions for my current situation. As the attendant came back to the office she wished me a HAPPY NEW YEAR. The attendant at the office took over and was very fast and efficient and I felt like both ladies cared. 5 out of 5 stars 💜💜💜💜💜 I must add this was my first time with PS and I am grateful it went this well.

Very nice helped out alot

Yesterday there was a stray dog and Jessica.R came out and let us know that it was roaming around. I appreciate that she made sure everyone was safe and knew about the surroundings. Thank you again for making sure me and my Son were safe.

Constance, was very thorough in walking me through the move-in process. Helped me cancel the insurance with Orange door, after my 1st 30 days- I have my rental policy coverage. The best thing was walked me through the Public Dtorage app...The Access code to the gate at my fingertips.. Golden! Thank you Contance!!!
