Website was easy to book my space and app was a great help setting up payment and entry to facility and space.
Wild,wild time trying to get in this place after paying for my unit. There is a digital phone check in system and the women at post was soooo difficult to deal with. Attitude for days. Gave me a gate code that didn't work. Her information was lacking causing me further step to getting in.I was (told) it would be up to 72 hr befor i hear from anyone in regards.
Moving truck in parking lot ready to be loaded into storage and I couldn't get in. It's a day later and I still can't get in. Every timeI call I get forwarded to a voice mail. I still have this truck full of house goods cand its costing me. SMH.
God awful place, rude no service
Renting a storage space is so much easier than it used to be.

Lady at the office on 4/29/24 at 7:30 am was extra rude and hung up on me, and tried to tell me what I need to put in a unit

The audacity
I thought this was pretty easy!
At 1st I was worried because there was no one on-site to speak to however they have a remote contact and a real person comes on for “live-chat” and she helped me thru the whole process !
It didn’t take very long and I have already rented a space!

Great customer service
Found a very good deal in Pittsburgh for a 9×20ft. Unit too consolidate 3 other storage units I have. Not too mention that I got the 1st month rent Free! Thanks for your help with obtaining this unit to hopefully saves me about $250 a month! Very Professional staff and Anna followed up Today to make sure everything was OK and I wasn't having any issues. I also like the Public Storage app for contactless opening the gate access is a big plus! Thanks again and I will recommend you to anyone else interested in a better price for storage. Great service. I meet with Tabitha twice and both times the help was A1. I feel so much more confident about my move. Never stored anything before at a storage place and I'm glad this was my first experience!
