Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1275 California Ave, Pittsburg, CA

This was my first time with Public Storage here in Pittsburg California. I came in person to rent a unit and Cierra was first to assist me. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Such a sweet person. She got me all set up with my unit and ready to go! The landscape is super secured and well maintained! All units were clean and well installed. Cierra made the process clear and concise. If moving to the area and looking for a great place to have a storage unit this location would be the best! Ask for Cierra, tell her Specielle sent you! ; )

Sin duda Es el peor lugar para guardar cosas. El mes pasado solo podías entrar a tu storage en horarios de oficinas porque the gate no funcionaba . Solo para gratis ese mes porque yo necesitaba entrar a recoger mi herramienta a las 6 :00 am y ellos abrían hasta las 10:00 y eso no les importó …solo me dieron un número donde podía comunicarme pero no tuve respuesta. Hize un complain diciendo que iba a ser mi ultimo mes usando el storage. Voy a entregar la llave el día 1 de junio porque no pude ir antes por mi trabajo y resulta que tengo que pagar el mes de junio o sea que yo si tengo que ser responsable pero ellos nunca fueron responsables a lo acordado con el horario de entrada . La puerta de entrada duró más de 15 días quebrada sin duda es el peor lugar para que guardes tus cosas Ahora todo está pero ellos molestan cobrándome este mes que no estoy usando que pague por algo que no estoy usando este momento y cómo yo no los estuve molestando tanto. Para que me dieran el servicio que yo pague. Que irresponsables

Great team, Good customer service. I had a very pleasant experience with Chimere today. I came and didn’t realize I had a bill hike and missed the notice . I was unset because it unexpected , after I paid my current bill Chimere was kind enough to helped me out by finding a temporary lower rate. I appreciate her help me.

Where to start? This has got to be some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a public storage ever - and that's coming from a rather complicated customer. I visited this location several months ago after scheduling a move out. Long story short, I ended up rescinding the move out however, my lock was already taken off by the time I arrived.I was confused and eventually it was explained to me that a higher manager would have to come out and cut my new key. Thankfully, this was no issue for me as I was reassured several times that my items were safe. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I'm preparing to move and needed to start planning for my move out. My move out was scheduled for today 7/31/24 and I received a courtesy call reminder yesterday and today. I was able to clear out my unit with no issue whatsoever. the unit was EXACTLY as I'd left it and there were no bugs, tampering, or any other issue. I would specifically like to dedicate this review to Sea who helped me out BOTH TIMES- and when I say she went about and beyond I REALLY MEAN IT!! The first time, the gate to the facility was having issues all morning and there were other matters that needed to be dealt with and she kindly took out the time to assist me (this includes walking back and forth to my unit on the back of the D building), helping me buy a new key, and explaining what next steps were to re-access my unit. Today, she helped me pick up said keys to the lock I'd ordered before and also explained the move-out process to me. There was another lady who helped me actually check out at the counter and figure out some other things I had to do at the facility while moving out. I HIGHLY recommend this facility because they are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their processes. Should I move back in town and need a storage space, this is 100% where I'll be coming for my storage needs. Thanks again Sea!

I bought a storage from biding and the guy and two ladies already take everything out from the boxes and they lough on me when i gave them the personal items, all valuable items was removed from the boxes before they open unit for me. Which is very shameful for such a storage.

The staff at this location were all very nice and helpful. It was my first time renting and thankfully they were very knowledgeable and made renting easy and fast. The explained the app to me and even though I was hesitant about it they showed me how to use it and made it very easy and clear to understand. I’m going to recommend this location to everyone I know all because of the rockstars that work that store!

Yesterday I stopped by to prepare myself to move and rent a storage. Keyniya was so helpful giving me information along with options and also Tyler was kind to show me the 2 different storage. Both parties was great. This is my 2nd time renting out a storage from same location and I have no complaints, the people that works here are professional and great with customer service but mostly very secure.

Best service. I have had no trouble and the staff members are the best here. Sierra and Ana have been so helpful and always ready to help when we need it and they always have the perfect smile when we meet them. I’ll recommend this storage facility anytime. The best I’ve come across. Thank you

10/07/2022 Clean and great customer service both Tylere and Mario were willing to help and answer all questions. I felt comfortable and supported by them. Tylere explained the difference of storages and was able to give me a walk through as well. Very informative. Recommend this PS. Employees seem to enjoy their jobs. 10/8/2022 I had to go back and change unit size. Anna was my CSR and she was just as awesome. She took her time and asked if i wanted a unit near the evaluator and she took her time in reaching. Found one and gave me another walk through. Ive been stratified both times I was there. The energy was still the same!!! YOU HAVE A GREAT TEAM at this location.

Really a helpful staff. Mario and Tylere helped solve a problem I had and get me the unit I wanted. They definitely went above and beyond. Additionally, the facility is very clean and safe. All the staff seem to take pride in making sure the facility is clean and the customers are safe.

I reserved a 5x5 unit for $60 .at PUBLIC STOAGE .1 275 California Ave today of all days THE FOURTH Dominine is the lady that helped me got me in to a 5 x 10 for $30 with insurance . Thank you Dom was really going threw it and needing a place to put my things and when I saw how lil the five bye five was I about cried .. thank you for making my day so much better .... I could only give you five stars but you deserve ten ... **********

I'm only giving this 3 stars for public storage but I'm giving 5 stars to Tabitha. She is and amazing person she's shows concerns and cares for her customers. My unit was broken into and she was there by my side from the beginning to the end, to make sure all my needs were taken care of. You don't find many people like that thank you Tabitha for all your help you are such and amazing person!!!!!!!

This has been a blessed experience Tabitha went the extra mile beyond the call of duty. She really made our situation a lot more smoother and seamless we had to 2 get storages and she made it much better

I came in to rent a unit and nice lady named Tabitha was very helpful and informed she help me rent the space and today i stoped in having problems with app. She stopped and helped me . she is more than 10 thanks public storage

I came in about a week ago or so to get a storage and Dani did a awesome job at helping me find the right storage . Even now when I come in and she’s there she is always welcoming and super nice . Hire more ppl like Dani 🙂

We have a unit on another property and came in this office a minute after they were closed and Tabitha helped us out without worrying about the time. She didn't run and close the door. She was very patient and answered all questions and gave a number to customer service in case we needed more information later. I'm so happy with her service and we need more people like her working with customers.

Had 2 units here for over 2 yrs.. much longer than I wanted.. never had any issues.

They've been friendly, honest when detailing the rates, unit availability and heads up when rates increase! And MOST important the units are CLEAN and I'm in their air conditioned bldg which is nice during the summer months! 👍🏽💯😊😊
