How can A Public Storage be open till 6 pm when it's closed due to property manager at one of its other three locations. Support has no info for you on if the one person that works 3 locations is at any of the locations there suppose to be at with no way to get a hold of the property manager but there nice enough to give you the property managers number who doesn't pick up at the number they give you and apparently don't care enough to return the messages or just too busy doing there own thing and who knows what there doing since they don't have to communicate with there support on where there at or were there going so when customers need help they can actually help. Better thought is , who ever thought it was a great idea for there to be only 1 property manager that works 3 locations and no other help. That was a brilliant idea too save on payroll and lose a lot of money since no 1 knows how to help.
Just wanted to say how great Sadie is. Rarely have I seen anyone work as hard as she does keeping the place clean, she’s friendly to everyone I’ve seen her talk to, and is always willing to spend the time necessary with clients that come in. To the office.
Wish every place I went to had a Sadie working there.

This review is for the Public Storage location at 1040 N Main st in Orange CA. The place is well maintained, clean, and a good location. Its temperature controlled so it doesn’t get too hot or cold. Gabe is the site manager and he is super helpful. He is a good guy and has always been prompt and polite when I interact with him. The place itself is good but Gabe makes it really good.

Danny the property manager on staff was a tremendous help when I had an inquiry regarding my payment increase. He went beyond to keep my payment intact & took the time to listen, help me out & follow through on his promise. Def great customer service on Danny behalf especially on a Sunday. Grateful that the concern was resolved quickly by him!
My storage unit at Extra space was broken into and basically they gave me a phone number of the insurance company to call and wish me luck ... That was when I moved to Public Storage on Main & Struck and found the staff friendly and helpful. Nice and clean.

This location is amazing cause huge shout out to Gabe soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted and I knew this place was going to be for me. I was already tired of driving around to different storage facilities cause then I came across this location the previous five locations either were really rude or lack of experience and at this location, it felt natural and sincere, and after asking say ready to sign up for a Storage out of all the locations of been to none of them are taking the time and explain and help me understand Gabe took the time to address all my issues. Ever since they hired a new guy that's been there recently it has been absolute hell they're corporate policies and the way they do their management and customer service sucks. There are plenty of other cushy jobs that they're best employee would have a better time working at then this dead end waste of space-
I have rented several spaces here from time to time and have thought of leaving to relocate somewhere closer and cheaper.
However I stay due to the conscientious management. Gabe is trustworthy and knowledgeable in regard to storage needs and space requirements. He manages the property with a helpful, friendly and professional attitude. Gabe has excelled at creating a safe and immaculate storage environment. No need to look elsewhere!! Thank you Gabe!👏
Just a word about the manager Gab, not only is he friendly and very helpfulness but also seems to work very hard at keeping the location clean not only of trash, but also of people just seeking to hang out and around the property. Being serviced in a safe and well kept environment is important to me, so hats off to Gab and his team.

I posted a review 2 years ago which was positive. Now honestly has gone down in quality there's always trash and there has been break in incidents because the rent to all this homeless druggies which by the way Stay over night cooking food. PS with the high Rate prices you are charging the least I would expect is to at least hire a night shift security guard.

I rented a unit here for over a year and didn't have a single positive interaction with their staff, who always seemed frustrated, or apathetic at best. They raised my rent with very short notice by an unreasonable amount at a time twice in that year and responded very patronizingly to my emails about it. On multiple occasions when I needed something from the single staff member on duty (despite the rent increase, they won't pay for adequate staff), the office was locked with no way of contacting the person who was doing their rounds, so I had to wait over an hour, once while they had my driver's license, throwing off my whole moving schedule. There has never been any accountability or apology for the inconvenience. I'm so relieved to have moved to a mom-and-pop storage company for nearly $100 a month cheaper. They are gouging customers, and for what?

We’ve been at this storage facility for a few years now and have seen many different managers. They’ve all worked hard to improve things which has kept us here. We recently downsized from 2 units to 1 unit and Gabe was very helpful and made the move out super easy. We’ve noticed that it’s been much cleaner in the last few months and Gabe was very communicative when there were issues with the elevators.
Rates tend to increase, elevators usually don't work properly and the cleanliness is terrible. The restroom is disgusting, can't even wash your hands after you've moved in or at all. No soap or toilet covers. Very disappointed.
Gabe made the sign up process fast and easy. Very professional and easy to talk to.
