Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1625 Main Street, Oakley, CA

Great experience & Ivon is really professional and Great at what she does. I worked with Bobbie too who was a pleasure.

We have been renting at this storage facility for 12 years, and unfortunately, our unit has been broken into 3-4 times in the past few years. The most recent incident occurred just last month, resulting in the theft of many of our belongings, including cherished items that belonged to our children—memories of their childhood that we can never recover. Some of the stolen items were later discovered in a car that had been reported stolen in Antioch. After we filed a police report with the Oakley PD, they reviewed the CCTV footage, but the detective informed us that the video quality was extremely poor. Despite being loyal customers for over a decade, all we see are annual price increases instead of any discounts for our long-term commitment. We pay a significant amount, yet they seem unable to invest in quality cameras to deter thieves. It’s clear that they need to improve their customer service and take better care of their facilities. Isn’t that what we’re paying them for?

Good service and prices

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. It is always clean and well kept. I’ve been renting here for almost three years now. Yvonne is always friendly and helpful.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I just had to write one for Public Storage in Oakley. This place has outstanding service! The manager Yvonne is a pleasure to work with. Yvonne goes above and beyond to be helpful and she is always very nice! The facility is always kept clean. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I haven't had a bad thing to say about this place, or Ivon. She has help me I. So many ways, she help me understand about my unit and my payment . She took her time and made sure I understand about the late fees and the gate code and also my unit. I really appreciate her.

Ivon did a great job in helping me find the best storage for my needs. She was cheerful and patient in explaining step by step how to access my unit and to navigate the Public Storage system.

This public storage unit is extremely clean the customer service is above and beyond if your ever looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and quick on her feet that genuinely cares for their job and her customers look for Ivon she is the most helpful person you can find she welcomes you with a smile warm and go out of here was to make sure every customer leaves with a smile

I am beyond greatful the property looks amazing, so clean and well kept. I really appreciate all the security and the innovative, cutting edge technology that the company has for us customers i.e. the keyless entry option to enter and exit the gate, and I also love the standard/traditional manual code entry as well its excellent! This facility is the best... because of the incredible service that the management provides. Ivon is the best, hands down. She takes care of her customers and doesn't sugar coat anything. She understands the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE and has the empathetic personality to relate to your needs. She doesn't focus solely on the monetary aspect because she knows that when you vibe with, and take care of your customers they will be more than willing to give anything. Ivon is amazing! She puts her all into this place and treats it like a home of her own, so it is very clean and takes the mood off of knowing you have to move all day. The manager ivon : at oakley ca public storage is so Courtesy and has a super attitude with her customers, attentively and so supportive and knowledgeable of rental units I wouldn't rent nowhere else she's has qualifying customer service skills.

Known to have units broken into. No security. New look and higher rates. Close to freeway so it's easily accessible to theft.

I have great experience in this place. I reserved it online then I went there to see the space. The lady there name Ivon assisted me very accommodatingly showing me the available space. I end up signing the papers that day and she taught me how to access thru phone app. I will surely recommend this place to my friends that would need storage in the future.

The manager is by far the only reason I keep my belongings at this location, she is always very nice and professional.
