This place is a rip off! I had 3 storages all different sizes. They don't prorate their rates you pay full price. I got my storages end of September paid full price for units, only to be charged again straight away October 1st with a rate increase. Not knowing this as I am placing my items in the unit only to get slapped with a lien notice and a threat to sell my furniture. Not once to anyone workers whom spoke with us many times said anything. Looking to get my stuff out of this place fast. They are not worth giving your money to.

This is a perfect storage facility. It is clean, inside & out. It is a newer facility with newer roll up doors that are way easier to open than the older facilities that have very heavy doors. It is all one level, all indoors, has 2 separate loading areas. It's just mellow and no squirrelly people around doing weird things. The manager is super nice and she knows her people. They check each lock every day and it's just nice over all. Haven't seen a facility of this caliber ever!!

I found her to be super friendly and patient while providing me with excellent customer service. When I ran into a snag helping a friend secure a unit on-line, she walked me through it over the phone and made certain she could sort out the problem. She even stayed after hours until she discovered the solution and the unit was secured. Upon arrival the next day, she greeted us with a smile, showed us the unit and explained allI we needed to know about the facility. I hope Sara is recognized for being an outstanding employee!
