There was a online issue with my payment and Veronica told me I had until 6pm that day to come make the payment in person before a late fee was added. Upon arriving at 5:55pm coming straight from work over a hour away not only was the door locked but no one was on site. There was nobody working and no car in the parking lot. Whoever was working left early which is gonna result in a late fee for me. Veronica shouldn't say I have until 6 when they like to leave early

Not so long ago, I paid my monthly rental at Balboa, Northridge-located Public Storage. Nothing unusual until I met Mikiesha, a temp taking over somebody.
Like always, I got my eyes peeled for sth out of the ordinary. She was a new face & had the potential to upset me. All the more reason to be wary; she was loaded with housecleaning implements & looking nearly fatigued.
Fakes/pretenders usually underwhelm me. My body tensed up for a possible not-so-pleasant encounter. Imagine my surprise when in a sweet, pleasing voice, she asked, "How may I help you, sir?" All throughout the conversation, she maintained a winsome attitude along with smiles.
Funny but I almost anticipated the most likely slip-ups. Nothing! She was so nice & easy to talk to. I knew I got out on the wrong side of the bed earlier but meeting Mikiesha literally made my day. Kudos Public Storage for hiring the right people.
I met a young lady Mikeisha today who helped me with my storage needs. She was amazingly kind and professional. I truly enjoyed her customer service with a smile.

Quite honestly, there are other storage facilities that charge less, but I selected this location for the customer service I received compared to other venues. I am speaking specifically of Veronica who is kind, helpful and seems to genuinely care that the storage spaces remain affordable for customers. When I was in between jobs she made an effort to ensure that I saw no price hikes during that time to the best of her ability. I hope her employers see her value and make sure to retain employees like her.
