At this Public Storage facility, we've had truly excellent help meeting our storage needs. Jenny helped us get started signing up for the storage space we wanted, but when we encountered difficulties completing the process online, she recommended that we see the manager, Purvin, who quickly and efficiently disentangled the online confusion, and got our reservation for the space we wanted up and running without delay. Both were really nice people to work with -- pleasant, friendly, and helpful -- and we really appreciated their help. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at public storage in Mountain View, Old Middlefield location. We used a 10x10 for a few years here. We moved out in June 2024. It was always a well maintained, well lit and very clean facility. Manager Parvin was extremely friendly and efficient in helping us take care of our storage needs. He always greeted us with a warm welcome, maybe some friendly chat and was also very helpful when it was finally time to remove our things and close our account due to leaving the area. I would highly recommend him and his location and would definitely return again. 5 stars.

After 5 months she raised my rate 40%. So I moved out. It is good only for short term storage.

This place was a life-saver when U-Haul failed me last minute. Basically I booked a U-Haul box and movers through their website but I never received any confirmation from them despite my multiple attempts to reach out. The day before my move, I decided to cancelled U-Haul and went with this place.
The booking process was online. When I went to check-in, the lady at the office (Jenny?) was very friendly and welcoming. She showed me the unit and spent time to make sure that I can lock and unlock it by myself. The unit and the whole place are clean and temperature-controlled. My unit is on the 2nd floor but there is an elevator.
Plenty of parking. You open the gate using the app. You can buy their locks or bring your own lock.

Parvin was great! I was having issues paying for my reservation on the website (please fix your site Public Storage!) and was worried I'd miss out on the fall sale deal. Parvin was able to help me finish everything up and even got me a better unit than I'd originally planned (a 7.5x10 instead of a 10x10, which would fit my stuff and save some $$). Big help! Location is very convenient and it's super quick to get in and out. Much better than last time I stored stuff at a different location.
We've been renting a unit here for 5 years and now we're downsizing to a smaller unit. Parvin was super helpful, finding us the perfect unit after we discovered the one we had reserved online was unsuitable. The facility is clean and well-lit, and Parvin provides excellent service and support.

10x25 used to cost 300/month in 2009. now they are charging us $1111.00/ month, feels like gauging, but i am not sure. shopping around...
we lived through a terrible rat infestation about 5 years ago when they cleared the shrubs next to the unit. rats chewed everything and left p**p over all our stuff. we had to how professional cleaners multiple times.

This place is a very clean. Only drawback is they don’t have a good availability large drive up units. All the large units are on the ground floor and all taken. Manager (Praveen) was most helpful. He suggested locations that did have drive up storage spaces.
This storage unit deserves five stars: very clean, well looked after! In addition to this Jenny, who works there, goes the extra mile for her customer, which I find so extra ordinary! By mistake I did not lock my place properly, she noticed it on one of her daily rounds through the building (security check) and called and mailed me immediately. Plus she locked my unit to make sure no one could get in. I am impressed by such customer service! Thank you Jenny!

This was a great service I have received from this location, apparently the lady in charges name is Jenny who was a sa gem of a person when it come to customer service , she waited patiently for me to arrive, help me take care the storage and gave me directions how to operate etc. along with locking the door etc where I need the help.

I rented a 9x10 unit for 4 months and I could not be happier. The staff of Umer and Jenny are super helpful and kind. They walked me through the process and helped me get a good deal. The place is also safe and clean. There is plenty of parking and also a couple of trolleys to help moving things into and out of storage. If I ever need to, definitely going to rent from here again!
Manager was very friendly and resourceful! - I lost the keys to my lock and he was able to help me restore access to my unit without any issues. I’ve used my storage unit for two years and wouldn’t hesitate to rent another unit here.

Public Storage is a pretty big company, which has its pros and cons. They've got the operational stuff down and the app is convenient, but large company policies can feel pretty impersonal. Jenny treats every customer I've seen her interact with like family though, and Public Storage gives her the space to make that happen.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Umer’s level of customer service. Though we have forgone a unit at this location, we are incredibly appreciative of his efforts to find us the perfect spot. He listened to all our needs, anticipated other needs we did not consider and went above & beyond to help make the experience enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to him to help lock in a storage rental at a location closer to our new city. Unlike other places, Umer is not pushy and takes his time to learn about your needs (no awkward one and done experience).
If you are searching for a storage, even at a different location, I truly believe you should give Umer a call to make the not-so-fun task a more relaxed and personalized experience. He’ll go the distance to ensure you are comfortable with the unit you pick, even if it’s not at his. That’s top-notch service at its best!!
