I was able to meet the manager Tangela prior to renting. I shopped a few nearby locations before making my final choice. I choice the Airdrome location because of the remarkable service I received. One location was closed, the other was very smelly and old looking. I had a worker tell me that I needed to schedule an appointment to see a storage unit and I was standing right in their office!? Tangela took care of me from the beginning and gave me more information and even showed me a few different size storage units.
Elizabeth was incredible! Helpful above and beyond her job. She helped me negotiate all the details on the PS site to gain access, find the right unit, get the app…actually USE the app! I couldn’t have figured it all out as painlessly as she made it. Great experience for me and she is the perfect example of a knowledgeable , helpful employee. Great experience, Thank You!

I've been searching for a storage for a while. This was the nicest and cleanest one I've been to. Needed help with the different pricing and sizes. Dana and Tangela were excellent. They took their time and showed me the available options. Definitely recommend.
Five star of the worse experience, there is never someone in the office, I made oa couple late payments because of no personel in the office. I have made all my payments on time and all of it sudden over a 3 day late payment they brake my lock and put one otheirs without letting me know , of course anybody would get upset amd get loud, well I go there yesterday at 11:10 no one there as usual I try opening the gate and fund myself with the same problem to go see management long story short , I end up having to move my stuff out over some lazy non responsible old ladies they got working there. This is not fair at all.

They consistently produce high-quality work that does not require revision within deadlines. I need to acknowledge Ms. Tangela for going above and beyond for my family today during a very chaotic time for us. I cannot let this go unnoticed and I asked what I can do for her after all she did for us and she told me to share my experience here.
I don’t usually do reviews but again this was heavy on my heart. When you encounter a beautiful soul like hers you are to appreciate it because it’s not often nowadays that you do.
There was a issue with only one cart on the property grounds today and there were a handful of people needing to use the cart to move items in or out of the their units. I asked her ONCE and she politely spoke to the gentleman who was using the cart and within 10 minutes he was all done and the cart was ours.
She explained the ins and outs of renting a unit so effortlessly, we didn’t have one question left unanswered. The floors, the walls, the unit, the bathroom, the office, all clean and well maintained. I had to ask is it just you doing this all? Landscape around the location is beautiful and well maintained.
I’ll end it by saying thank you and may this review shine the light on you that you deserve sweet lady. Be Safe!!

Learn from my experience and know what you are in for. PS has raised my rent from 219 dollars to 345 dollars in less than 6 months- a 57 percent increase- from Aug. 2022 to Jan. 2023.
And I have to keep reposting my negative review because it keeps being deleted. A common experience now unfortunately. All of the positive reviews here are not real. Storage companies are not regulated on how much they can raise the rent and they fully take advantage of that. They take confidence that you will pay the incremental fees rather than the cost and expense of moving out. I am getting my stuff out of here ASAP.

Sign up was quick and professional. Dana was extremely friendly and efficient and very courteous. I was there with a friend and she rented a unit there. She cannot post because she ordered a new phone to replace her broken phone and hasn't received it yet. Storage area was clean and well lit. Security is very good - security code used to get in the facility is also used to get in the elevator and go to your floor. It is a three floor storage facility. I highly recommend this facility.
The best part is that access to your storage is not controlled by office hours. Access is separate from office hours. Access is from 6 am ( not exactly sure ) to 9:30 pm , finally out at 10 pm 24/7.
