My sister and I got a unit here and it was broken into. It has to be an inside job because they didn’t break the locks thus their warranty doesn’t cover it. My best bet is that they remove the doors completely. When we asked to see the cameras, they told us they only have them outside (conveniently) Don’t give them your business.

Driving in LA sucks and getting to the facility was tough in a large uhaul truck, and the turns inside the facility were tough but not impossible. That was the 26-footer from uhaul.

This public storage is the best public storage I’ve been to - I had to clear out a storage locker after my friend passed away. The manager at this facility is kind, helpful and well organized. She really helped me get through all the logistics to close out this account. The facility itself is clean and well kept especially for a storage place. The pricing is fair. Highly recommend.
