Customer service is pretty non-existent. Our rent has increased from $178/month to $306/month in the course of a year. They screen calls and if you're not a new customer, they simply route you to a dead line that will not pick up, no matter how long you wait. I do not recommend this business.

Antionette is the best Public storage manager I have ever experienced in the past 7 years. I have rented a lot of space at several storage sites here in Oregon, New Jersey, New Hampshire and Los Angeles, CA; and by far she exhibits the best customer service professionalism that I have met. The facility is always clean and she makes sure that you get the best unit size for the money you are paying. She goes the extra mile. Truly a team player for Public Storage and easy to work with. She is not a five star, she is a one thousand star!!

Couldn’t move into my unit due to a code that did not work so I wasted a lot of my time driving there and back 3 times only to cancel when they didn’t have a reasonable unit I could upgrade to. Couldn’t have found my unit anyway bc the link sent out for the map didn’t work, it only sent me to move-in instructions. Someone let me in the building the second time I drove there and I wandered for about 20 min and was unable to find my unit which was tucked upstairs in a small hall behind a door with no signage. Management has been rude.
Edit: Amending this as the DM promptly called and issued a full refund for all of my trouble with this location. I still can't recommend this particular location, on top of the issues I faced it just didn't seem as secure as others, but I've had no issues with another location in the past. I at least appreciate the District Manager calling and making sure I received my full refund almost immediately after my poor experience with the Property Manager.
We want to say THANK YOU very much Antoinette for the excellent service. What we thought was going to be a hassle, Antoinette helped us and resolved our issue. My mother owns a storage, but we were looking to change to a smaller one. Luckily, Antoinette was there to help us. She was very patient with us and helped with getting a smaller storage. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and diligent.

The customer service at this store is very bad. I do not recommend. There is a rude employee working the day shift. I never got a proper answer to my question.

Moved out of my unit today and Johnathan was incredibly helpful closing out my account. Parking was very easy for my moving van and I appreciated the carts that they allow tenants to use to help move their items in/out. Had a great experience and will come back to this spot if I need storage services in the future.
The manager Jonathan was exceptional. He walked me through the whole process and made it easy. He even gave me tips on how to use the app and best way to use the storage. Definitely would have gone elsewhere if it wasn’t his expert and patient guidance. Made me feel at ease keeping my belongings stored here!

Beware they WILL increase your rent in a matter of months. Haven't even been with the company for a year and they are already trying to increase my rent by $100. Also one of the elevators has been out of service for weeks.

Dealing with storage units can be exhausting, difficult and challenging. Especially when staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. However, When my wife and I meet Scott at public storage on Washington he was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and understanding of our time sensitive needs. Scott providing us with excellent customer service by making sure our drivers/movers had space, he checked on us through out the move in and even made sure we had the best deal walking us around the units making sure we felt comfortable with the unit we picked. Thank you Scott for going above and behind. It’s the small things that matter Especially during times like this.
