MY STORAGE WAS ROBBED AT T G US LOCATION A FEW WEEKS AGO. ALONG WITH MULTIPLE OTHERS. CELESTE WAS CLUELESS THAT OTHERS HAD BEEN BUSTED INTO. ANOTHER CLIENT HAD TO POINT IT OUT TO HER. THEN SHE SAID JO NEED FOR POLICE REPORT, JUST TELL THE INSURANCE. FIRST THING INSURANCE ASKED FOR IS A POLICE REPORT. SHE IS THE MANAGER! HOW DOES SHE NOT KNOW PROTOCOL. THERE ARE ZERO CAMARAS WITHIN THE HALL WAYS. YOUR STUFF IS NOT SAFE. ITS AN INSIDE JOB ... PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE IN ON IT.

I loved this location!!!!! The manager is so personable, helpful, and professional all at the same time! I made a reservation online and popped in a day early and she did not hesitate to complete my reservation anyway. She had me in and out of there in minutes! I may have spent a total of 15-20 minutes tops from looking at the unit until the point where she’d checked my ID and helped me sign me up for the app. Amazing. Highly recommend ! All the locations need to consider running their establishments like this one.

Celeste is Amazing, so incredibly grateful for her and her follow up. I am in the midst of separating two homes that were combined in one locker and wanted to find a second unit near the current unit and nothing was available in the same building, which would have meant way more man power needed. Celeste remembered a conversation we had weeks prior and when a unit opened up practically next door to the current unit, she called me immediately to let me know it was open and I could book it. I've been a rental customer here for well over a year and recently moved into a smaller unit. I was initially dreading the moving process, but the property manager, Celeste, made it completely painless! She was super helpful and informative (as she always is) and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommend renting at this location for your storage needs!
Place is ok. The issue i have is their pricing and hours of door access. For the amount of rent they jack up frequently, they should make their available door access earlier and later for us folks in the construction trade. They ahould have door open as early as 5am and as late as 9pm like other locations ive had before

Definitely deserves more than 5 stars. I went online to reserve a storage unit and was sooo frustrated. The systems were having issues and when I tried to re-do my reservation, the price doubled on me. I was ready to give up. Then I got a call from Celeste. She told me that she could walk me through the process online or that I could come down and finish my reservation with her. She was kind, patient, pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Celeste sold it for me by going above and beyond with a great attitude and understanding of people and humanity. I will refer this location to anyone I know (or people I don't know) if they are in need of a storage unit.

Let me start off by saying that the entire facility was very clean. The office is open 7 days a week, so there's always someone to help. The building manager Celeste was extremely helpful upon my arrival to this location. I had a few questions to ask and she answered them in detail with a genuine smile on her face. Celeste comes across as very friendly and easy to talk to. Not many things are better than a manager who enjoys talking to customers and making sure everything is well maintained. I had no problems whatsoever with my online rental and rent payment. Let me reiterate, all questions will be answered knowledgeably. Also, Celeste was kind enough to even immediately offer alternative rentals when i expressed concern about all my moving items fitting into the unit i had rented. During the loading period, Celeste went even above and beyond and offered me a bottle of water from the break room when i asked if there were beverages because i was thirsty and didn't have anything to drink on hand. Celeste also predicted when i was moving out and was already prepared to close out my rental as soon as i went to the office to tell her that i was done with the rental and confirmed that i was finished. Extremely prompt and clean service beginning to end.

Checked in today with Celeste. This has been the best public storage unit I have ever visited both in terms of safety and cleanliness. It smells good, is flooded with sunshine and Celeste was not only incredibly helpful but also obsessive with cleanliness (I see her fussing with a broom all the time) if a unit opens up here, get it asap.
