She goes out of her way to ensure that I have all the information I need to make informed decisions about my storage space. Was looking for some clean storage space close to my home and I found it. Jeff was available on a freaking SUNDAY to show me around. He answered all my questions and provided a great atmosphere. I guess I'll be sticking around.

The manager at this location is very helpful. Every issue that we had with the storage unit was sorted and fixed. she always manages to get it done in timely manner. We had no problem reaching out to her. she’s always there or if not, would call us back right away. We have had issues with the light bulbs and she got it fixed right alway. Just wanted to give a shoutout to this place for safely housing my craaaaap... you know, my surfboards, camping gear, art...all that good stuff. I gotta say, dealing with me isn't always a walk in the park, especially when I'm having one of those "losing my keys and panicking" days - which let's face it, happens more often than I'd like to admit! Adhd disabilities at its finest..m But let me tell you, Jocelyn at the front desk has been an absolute champ. She's seen me in full-on panic mode more times than I can count, and she's always there with a calming presence and a helping hand. I've been on the hunt for a spot to store my RV, and Jocelyn has been like a guardian angel, keeping me posted on available units and whatnot. I've watched her in action, making sure folks checking out dollies actually go through the proper channels and leave their IDs ... ain't nobody sneaking those off on her watch! She's thorough, she's on top of things, and I've never had a single issue under her watch. I appreciate yall allowing me to keep my stuff here safely while in this horrid transition in my life.

I stopped by earlier to ask for information about storaging and found the person at the front desk Jocelyn very helpful. She went out of her way to show me around the property and different kinds of spaces they had to offer. She even went so far to search up other nearby Public Storages to fit my need for a climate control storage. Great customer service to the Public Storage team!

This place is clean, affordable, in a safe part of town. Rent is comparable to other places. Although, when they have a special..it's a great deal. I paid total 104 a month for a 5x10. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because when I went to cancel, the online portal wouldn't let me and had trouble getting through to CS. However, a wonderful employee, that worked on site, named Jocelyn went above and beyond and helped me through the move out process. She was courteous, knowledgeable, personable and dies an excellent job of repping the company. I hope her manager sees this. Due to her assistance and the overall facility. I would rent here again and recommend that others do too.

My experience with the Los Alamitos public storage was easy and simple. Very annoying to have to punch in your code to open up all gates, elevators and restrooms. Units are not easy to open with the locks the have.

My family has rented here for years, and it’s been a great solution for extra storage space. Today, I noticed for the second time the walls in my unit looked damaged, so I went to the office for assistance. Jocelyn was very helpful. She was professional and kind and took care of my concerns right away! I felt heard, and she followed up with a solution the same day. Thank you, Jocelyn.

My families stuff was stolen here after 4 years. They sale scam insurance which they own Theyy have no camera surveillance or Security guards. The police who took the report when my 89 year old disabled mother in laws stuff was stolen said this is a common occurrence here. If the lock is picked the insurance is worthless! Beware!!!
