Juan has superb service he's a really nice and is always on his job no matter what he's there if needed the facility is very clean and quite and oeaseful he's the greatest.

Oscar is great but beware. The company takes advantage of people. Rented at the beginning of Covid. A time when people are struggling financially and people dying public storage raised my payment 6 months later. I’ve never been late, still struggling and my place has doubled in price! $421 is crazy. Inflation and gas prices I’m forced to leave.

I will say that the people in the office are very friendly and very helpful!! I have no complaints there!!
My complaint is that Public Storage is a bit of a scam.
For one, most of the facilities do not honor the 1st month for a $1 deal. Instead they give you a price (monthly rental fee) for the unit you want and then, less than a year later they raise the rent almost $90 a month.
That is a big hike in price. Raising it $25 would be reasonable but not $90!!!

I have been using this specific location for over 2 years. I have been nothing but beyond satisfied with Juan’s customer service. Anytime I needed help or had a question he was always willing to assist with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend this location not just for the amazing people that work here but also for how clean the in door units are. If I ever need to store my belongings again I don’t care how far this place is I will definitely be coming back. Juan was also the one to assist my check out process and told me I was welcomed to come back whenever I needed and that was really kind to hear. Such a great guy. We needed a space but we were unsure about the sizing. Erick was really nice and took us outside. He showed us the space first and gave us his opinion based on what others have stored in the space. Nathaniel helped me find available units and was nice enough to personally show me the units that were available instead of only showing me pictures. Very polite and open to conversation as well informative/professional. The location itself appears to be safe and is just across a hospital and the downey landing/promenade. Convenient and near the freeway as well.

I guess there is not a trash bin available to the public here. I saw Carolyn driving around and cleaning the area up and asked her about trash bins. She confirmed there aren't any but she was friendly and let me use the bin she'd been using to pick up trash.

I have been a customer of this Public Storage location for quite some time. Juan is a great manager who provides excellent customer service. Anytime I see him it is a pleasant experience. Today I was pleasantly surprised by Justice who also provided excellent customer service. He was a life saver and his assistance was greatly appreciated. The service provided at this location continues to be the best feature of the property. Both Juan and Justice are polite, professional and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the policies and practices of the company. This location is not convenient for me but the service provided continues to make up for the drive.
