The site “manager” had very poor customer service, passive aggressive with my mother and I. I rented a unit on the phone in haste, inquired less than 12hours later regarding honoring online pricing and I was met with ignorance. I emailed the district manager, Lizette with no response. I followed up with a call, and still no response. I went back to the site to be once again redirected. Please dont waste your time or money here. We will be terminating our monthly to move elsewhere.
This location is always clean. Ayla is helpful and professional.

Very clean property and storage units, quiet and safe area “Sheriff Station” located just up the road. I highly recommend. Staff are polite, very informative, prompt and helpful when addressing any questions of concerns. Christian helped me obtain my storage space, so if you’re looking for a great place to rent a storage unit stop in here and ask for Christian.
Brieanna at front desk was great ! Greeted me with a happy attitude and smile on her face. Strongly recommend renting at this location because of the staff here like her !
The manager is so professional. One of her coworkers had a falling accident. She took control of the situation and continued to provide excellent customer service. The units are a little pricey in comparison to other Public Storage facilities. I guess this is what we tolerate for the area and safety.

I have had a 5x10 sized unit and in the span of less than a year and a half, the price has gone up from $143 (for 5 months) to $199 and now to $229. I called to ask if I can have my rate frozen at $199 because it was absurd and basically highway robbery to raise it that much in such a short amount of time. Nope sorry - it's $229 now. On the same token though, they are currently advertising online for the same space size for $147/month. So beware - Your price will go up within 6 months and then again every 6-8 months after that.
Their only suggestion was that I could move my entire unit to another unit on property to get the $147/month rate...because that makes perfect logical sense and not a complete waste of their customer's time and money. Eff you very much, I'll take my business elsewhere. That said, if you don't want to be legally robbed - don't rent space from them.

I have had a great experience at this public storage for the past 4 years. Recently I needed work done to the door and Lee helped me right away by examining the problem and putting in a work order. In the process I was informed I could move to a bigger space for less because there was a promotion. Excellent customer service and clean, safe facility.

He showed us the unit and explained the rental process, including the benefits of using the app. The location was clean and secure, and we were impressed. Jonathan walked us through the rental process, and we were done in a few minutes. He made the rental process easy and was kind and professional throughout.

The worst place to have a storage. Not only their hours aren't convenient, their management inept, their prices are ridiculous. When I rented a 10X15 space a year and a half ago, the rate was $167 per month. They keep jacking up the price without any notice. Now I see that they've raised my rate, for the same SECOND FLOOR space, to $387! Obviously, I'm looking for a new storage facility.
I use storage facilities on a regular basis and have always had a wonderful experience with the Public Storage Aliso Viejo location. This property is clean, safe, and very convenient. The staff has always been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time Ayla, the property manager, took to explain my different options and swiftly checked me in to my unit. I will always recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a storage unit to rent.

This company will continually ramp your charges without providing sufficient notice. It has increased by nearly 100% since I signed on and never required a signature. Go with a better option in the area.

Perfect Customer Service
This facility is great but I am royally angry about this company's business practices. I have rented for only 4 months and I just received notice that they're raising my rate 25%! I highly suggest finding a local storage place that will promise you a fixed rate for a duration (ideally 12mo) of time.
Open on holidays which is convenient
Holy cow! Another increase! An annual event apparently which translates into over $50+ w/insurance like last year. I guess this is a wake up call. If I am not using it, I am losing it. Time to shed myself of Public Storage.
