Service has taken a nose-dive since the previous manager, who was a university student, left. Not only did she do a great job of managing, but she also cared about her clients. The polar opposite has been true since the new staff took hold. The new manager is rude and incompetent. She closes the office whenever she feels like it and tells you "that's too bad" that you wanted to move out on that last day for which you paid; now a whole new month of rent is due. Rent went up double once she became manager. Get this though: She says I can transfer to the exact same size unit, 4 doors down, for the old price. What's the difference?! I requested to speak to the regional manager, and I still haven't heard back from him. She doesn't spray the exterior of units regularly, so critters have now been entering units under this new management. She's verbally abusive to and biased against customers who don't speak Spanish. Those are the only customers giving rave reviews. She acts like she owns the company. Hint for her: She does not own the company.

Recently, they walked all the way there just to realize they forgot their key @home. I moved all my belongings here to this facility thinking I would be ok here. Unfortunately that was not the case.
I've had this large storage for over a year and just recently they wanted to increase my monthly payment $100 dollars. I was like wow really $100, I talked to a manager. to see what she can do for me.
That same day I get a text thet my request has been approved. I was like cool that works for me. I'm already at $355 a month. When I went to make my payment I was informed that their would still be an increase she just didn't know how much. Regardless I needed to make my payment that day or I would be charged a late fee. I still didn't get how she didn't know, all miscommunication on their part. I made my usual payment and of course I was hit with the late fee because the employee didn't know the correct price to charge me that day. So frustrating I will be leaving this place.
I still couldn't believe they wanted to up my monthly payment 100 dollars. It's all about money here.
Do yourself a favor and Find yourself a better facility., Especially one that knows customer service.

Staff are knowledgeable, patient and on top of it. They do go out of their way to accomodate with a smile. New info....my 5x10 storage was $117. per month in June it went up to $157. per month. Can't see any justification of this $40 increase.
