Called this location - Bobbie answered the phone extremely rude. Wouldn't give me pricing nor availabilty...continued to give me the run around... (he got upset because I asked him in the beginning not too call me back) - he got a real chip on his shoulder...I was using my business line...I hope they get a new manager...

Tammie was AMAZING!!!! There were no storages in the size I needed. I ended up getting a smaller storage thinking it would be enough. It wasn’t. I tried to go to a different location and no one was there for me to ask questions. I ended up going back to Tammie and literally a storage became available in the time I had left. I was able to switch over to a bigger unit and Tammie took the time to make sure I was ok and that I was satisfied with what I got! Thank you Tammie!!
I can't say enough good things about my experience at this Public Storage facility. First, let me say that Tammie, who is one of the managers was outstanding with her customer service skills. Just very professional and helpful. She represented to me the great length that the Company goes to, to make sure that every customer's belongings are kept safe and secure. Should you have the need, I would highly recommend Public Storage, especially this location.
This is a nice clean facility with easy access. Tammi is a gem helping me out with setting up storage. I had to swap out for a larger unit but she had it handled in no time.

I stopped by last week because I'll be doing some renovations this summer and we're in the market for short term rental. I've been shopping around and while extra space was cheaper, Tina made the decision very easy for me. Her personality, enthusiasiam and customer service are well worth paying just a bit more, because I know Tina will make this arduous process of storing that much easier and more pleasant. She was patient with me, she personally took me to look at a few units, shared the features of the facility and answered all of my questions. I'll be crossing my fingers Tina is working the day I come back to rent my unit!

This was my first time getting a storage and i had no idea what i was doing. I needed to get a car moved out of my previous location and didn't know if i could even use public storage to store my car. I first called this location and Farzana was kind enough to answer all my questions, she made me feel comfortable enough that I went ahead and reserved the unit right after the call and once I arrived at this site she went through every single detail with me. Update: After doing research, it seems Public Storage hires marketing staff to circumvent their feedback ratings. Be aware that they inflate their ratings with fake Google accounts. If you scrape data, you can uncover specific patterns.
This review is solely about the corporate offices, not the actual location. It is unfortunate we cannot leave a review only for corporate.
It is insanely ridiculous how corporate is raising the storage unit rates 20% within the next month and shortening access hours to the units.
In addition, corporate does not return phone calls. I have tried calling for the last five months without a single call back.
Oh, and stop with the cut and copy
replies to reviews, it is just smoke and mirrors to act as if you care; it’s hilarious!
