Very accommodating excellent customer service
They replaced the lock on our locker without telling us, despite all bills being up to date without any late payments.
When going to the office during office hours today to ask about the new keys to access our locker, the lights were on but nobody was there. I even saw other pissed customers there wondering what's going on, then leaving.
EDIT: We found out that they replaced the lock on our locker because there was a break-in a few month ago and some items got stolen. They quietly replaced the lock without letting us know about the break-in. We found out about it when trying to open our storage unit, and our keys not working.
Our unit got broken into. We only found out when our key didn't work. So, somehow someone got into the unit, removed our lock, took our stuff and then put a new lock on it. Management was completely unhelpful and said they knew nothing about it. Maybe it was an inside job.

This public storage location, 2525, Whipple road. There is never hardly ever anyone in the office. They don't have a consistent time of opening, they don't have enough employees to keep someone at the front desk very unprofessional, he spoke with a older woman, white gentleman, and he informed me that he was here last week and was rob, he stated He informed the office and they hadn't no video in the area where it happened. Very scary, but I called the number to this location yesterday, and they stated that they would be open at 9:30. I've been here since 9:20 am and there's still no one here, and it is now 10:09am and they gave me a storage unit that some disgusting adult did a number 2.
About 4 to 5 feet away from the door and no one has cleaned it up. As of Yet very unprofessional.

Ran by terrible management/employees, strict rules, cockroaches and ants all throughout the 2nd floor and inside my unit along with my personal belongings now. Can not even access your property 24 hours a day. Didn't even last 2 weeks I had to get out for my own good. I Don't recommend public storage unless you're in Arizona because you have more freedom

Office is always closed. Can't get hold of anyone working here. The phone number posted sends you only do a generic hotline but no property manager answers or calls you back within reasonable time, meaning standing outside a locked office during business hours.

Cynthia who works in the front desk/office is very professional and help! I have never been dissatisfied to any service(s) provided. This location is the best and most cleanest place I’ve ever rented, and not to mention this location has climate control !! I have been renting storage space from this location for a long time and I refuse to go elsewhere.
