DO NOT STORE HERE!! We had a unit here for six months this year that was robbed, and despite purchasing theft insurance and taking photos of the unit before and after the robbery (and speaking to the police), it was impossible to get reimbursed since there were no signs of forced entry, which meant the location was completely off the hook from removing us. Someone had a master key and stole thousands of dollars and many sentimental irreplaceable belongings. Maybe if the location kept more than 3 months of security video footage we could have proven the theft occured, but for some reason they delete the footage at that point. I highly recommend finding another storage company and location and hope this doesn't happen to any other families...

I received great customer service from Nasira she was very sweet and helpful.
Predatory pricing. Do not rent from here. I have had a storage unit for 2 years. Currently on their website a 10x12 is $213 list price and $181 discounted. I just got a notice raising my rate to $474. This is the third increase. First they increased my rent 50% after 6 months, then another 50% after 12 months, and now another 50% after 24 months.
When I call to discuss they respond saying this is the market rate, despite their website showing a very different rate.
They understand that moving is difficult and will take advantage of you. Highly recommend staying away unless you plan on renting for less than 6 months.

Customer service was AMAZING!! Gabby not only greeted me with a smile but made me feel at ease when showing me the different size storages available since I was unsure of how big I needed my space to be. It did not feel like she was selling me, she actually explained the best way to store my items in both spaces. Being that the difference between the 2 sizes was $7, I went with the larger space. She explained how to drive up to my space and how to get out with patience. And lastly walked me though how to use the app to make opening the gate for access easy! Thank you for such a good experience Gabby!
