I've had a unit since 2016, and rent increases up to three times a year. If they decide to decrease your rent, its short-lived, only for a few months, I've applied for rent decrease for 6 years, and only got it once, and we're talking a merely $11.00. It sky-rocketed after that. If you have to speak to anyone regarding your account, good luck, cuz only the "property manager" can assist you, and finding them on site is impossible. If there are any problems with Auto-Pay, even if it's on their end, they force you to come in and pay cash. I thought customer loyalty meant something, obviously not. The only plus side is that you can make a payment at any location. The site is relatively clean. Elevator is smelly. I get why the don't have trash cans cuz they don't want people dumping things, but, at least one accessible in the office would be nice.
