So far facility is without issues, access is easy, can't figure out the app to open the gate. Always gives me an error even when my phone is in front of pin pad. Only thing I wish is the hours were open earlier and later, it's hard to go during the week considering due to the 9:30-6pm hrs.

I made reservations for 2 units. Basically they are tricking you to get more expensive units by saying that the reservations I made NO GOOD. They called me 6-7 times I called them 3-4 times regarding the reservations. Be careful when you sign up with them because the person who is in the front desk absolutely have NO IDEA about her job. They don't even apologize for their scam act.

I have been a tenant here for the last few years and hands-down one of the best public storage facilities I’ve used in my lifetime. The grounds are always clean, the staff is friendly, and the Manager of the facility is always making sure that everybody is out of the facility at right at closing time. Thank you for keeping my stuff safe.

My 3-star rating is NOT in relation to the customer service I received from the property manager, Joselyn. Joselyn was GREAT! She assisted me with my storage rental. She was very nice, informative and knowledgeable. My 3-star rating is because when I arrived at the rental office to complete the rental process (due to a glitch in the company’s website which prevented me from completing the entire process online - an entirely different complaint), the door was locked and there was no sign of anyone and I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I had a 10 am appt., but I didn’t arrive until 10:45 am. After an hour of the PS telephone customer service rep trying to reach someone, it turns out Joselyn was in a mtg. with some corporate folks. My issue is with the COMPANY - not Joselyn. It seems ridiculous and unacceptable that there is no backup person or assistant who can manage things if the prop. mgr. is unavailable for whatever reason. There needs to be at least TWO PEOPLE in the office to handle things. IMAGINE if today had been my official moving day with my movers who are getting paid by the HOUR, and I had to wait almost an hour to be helped??? PS Storage would be paying for a portion of moving fees! Get your website glitches fixed AND hire additional staff.

La señorita que me atendió el día de ayer, Sábado 16 de Septiembre, fue muy amable y cordial. Me contesto todas mis dudas y preguntas que tenia al respeto de sus instalaciones. Lo que me gustó más fue que aunque ella misma me dijo que no era fluente en el español, trato de explicarme y yo entendí perfectamente todo lo que necesitaba saber de sus instalaciones. Quede conforme con sus atenciones y el trato que me dio la señorita Emilee. Muchas gracias.

The location on Valley Blvd next to Kaiser. We booked a appointment on the website for 4:45 pm. My husbandand son in law showed up early about 4pm.We were under the impression at 5pm they don't let no one into the storage units but once you're in you can leave when you're done, well thats not the case the employee said he was going to lock us in at 5:00pm sharp and that we had to call 911 for the police to let us out and the police department would give us a 500. Ticket. My son in law said you can't do that. The employee started talking to him disrespectful, they both got loud however my son in law and my husband never called the employee out of his name. The employee walked away and called the employees that live there and lied, he said my son was saying racial things to him, which was not true. My son in law is Caucasian, married to my Mexican Italian daughter and my husband is black. This lie caused so much ugliness. This person spread the poison to the other employees causing everyone to panic. The district manager sited with the employee that told the lies. This all took place the 1st day we were moving our things into the unit. :( as of that day the district manager said we are not allowed to go into our storage unit, he said the day we show up is the day we move our things out. I have never had such a awful experience. 😖 Why do they have the option on the website to book your appointment for so late if they lock you in at 5pm.this was on a Saturday. 😔

Love public storage. A few issues with autopay and online stuff but the services provided on site have been great. Would recommend this facility in Fontana if you live in the inland empire. They keep it clean. The employees are very friendly, especially Krista with very prompt and friendly service. Thank you guys!

Sad to see bad reviews but that's no lie about the lady that works there she is so rude and not professional.

Almost every other public storage location access is open at 6am this location on valley is open at 930am and that's very inconvenient I believe the staff is lazy and does not properly look after the property I've found tools on the ground to break in storage units it's like where is the security

First and foremost I would like to give thanks to Rene the property manager for always going above and beyond to help me with my account at public storage in Fontana on Valley Boulevard and she’s always so kind and polite and always does her best to assess the situation at hand she has helped me lower my payment and to be aware of any changes that are made to my account I give this storage place and the property manager a five star rating to show appreciation or appreciation to do I would recommend this to any of my friends and family without hesitation

One rude employee and they close to early 9am to 5pm... I rather rent at extra space and I moved my stuff out and rent at extra space 6am to 10pm

Very helpful since very beginning on finding a unit, came by to pick up and drop off some more things and seen one of their workers (Rene) coming around and cleaning up :)

They give you fake storage unit codes, fake office phone numbers, and they let literally any random person who doesnt work there rent out storage units, stay away from this place! But they will gladly take my money even though they dont even give me access to my storage unit.

Oh man. Renee has been AMAZING to work with. She went above and beyond with helping us set up our units and answered all my questions with more info than I ever would have expected (which has helped me even more!!!). She is also a hoot and had me cracking up the entire time I was been working with her. A fantastic location if you ask me. I would totally recommend to others.

This is going to be the shortest review. But I’ll make sure to make a long review towards Corporate. The storage area is cleaned but the office is filthy. Which ever lady works in the front takes 2 hour lunches and leaves a half an hour early. I know this is more than one time because my mom, grandma and I had the same experience trying to go back and fourth with our storage unit. It’s ridiculous. I understand she has to take a lunch or a break but it’s different take advantage of your job especially when people renting out the storage can’t get into the unit for it be locked at all times. Waiting 2 hours to open our uniting on my own time.

Rene at Public Storage was great. Rene processed my payments politely and efficiently. She even helped me lower my payments. I would highly recommend Public Storage to my friends.
