On Sunday we accessed our storage and noticed a small lock on it. The lock had a ‘Public Storage’ sticker. The office was closed so I called them directly and left a message. Crystal quickly showed up to help. The lock was not one of theirs and did not directly affect me accessing my unit. She stated she would be having management cut it off at a later time.
Crystal was not only prompt in showing up to help on a Sunday but she was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. She circled back several times to check on how things were going and how we were overall satisfied with our space. AWESOME customer service!! It’s good to know that they have excellent staff, our units our being monitored, we can call for help at any time, and it’s easy to communicate with friendly people. 5 stars!! Great job Crystal!

The site is kept reasonably clean, Natasha does well with restocking and cleaning things onsite and in the restroom, and monitors things well. The price is higher than other places for the size of unit I have, but it works.
Crystal went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to see the unit that I was interested in. She went out of her way to coordinate with me, and ultimately she is the reason that we chose to rent space from public storage.

Natasha the property manager gave excellent top notch customer service that was appreciated so much. She made the process go by swiftly and without any problems. I would highly recommend this location as it’s convenient and right off the freeway but more so it’s very clean and you can tell the property itself is very well maintained.
Great price, open longer hrs than most. The manager Natasha keeps the grounds clean as well as the bathroom which the customers have access to from open to close. The staff is professional and easygoing. While they don't get in everyone's business, it's obvious that they don't allow any problems either because there's no rif raf. Drive up storages (so easy access) with good lighting . Yes, I highly recommend Public Storage on Magnolia Street in El Cajon

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING $310 FOR A 10X10 UNIT! I cannot stress enough the unscrupulous business practices at this facility. THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RENT CONTINUALLY JUST TO LIEN SALE YOUR UNIT. Not even close to what the market value is for 10x10 storage. Sure they will get you in the unit for a low amount then increase the rents to UNAFFORDABLE.

Natasha is really helpful and took her time to show m3 and my husband the storage units and she is really friendly and really good customer service and she is a hard worker . 12/01/22 me and my husband took are thing's out of public storage today the lady is very nice and helpful and understanding we only give a one day notice because my husband finally finished building are shed I feel bad for giving a short notice but she understood in the future if we need to use public storage I will definitely go back there again.

Crystal definitely deserves a five Star Plus, she was helpful and very sweet. After a couple hours of waiting around for the office to open and several calls I was directed to a nearby storage facility to make a payment. I wasn't in the best mood when I got there after sitting in the sun for a hours. But it all worked out Crystal greeted me as I walked in the door and was very kind and understanding. I'm giving a 5vstar for her outstanding customer service skills and for being so accommodating. This sweet lady went out of her way and drove to the location I was renting from to accept my payment. Job well done Crystal!!!..
! I have a few suggestions for upper management. Remove the open sign from the office door and replace it with the hours for which that office will be open and a phone number to speak with somebody who can assist at that office when needed I must have called about five times and all five times I got the runaround somebody should be available or at least have an on call person... Also the call center needs to provide a little more information about the facility and the hours the office is open because I got alot of ummm, there probably walking around helping others so just wait someone will be back... Not the case at all... Finally I spoke with a mgr and she let me know the office is closed to make payment at one of the locations close by since I was unable to do an online payment..

Wonderfully great service! I called, they asked questions to figure out the best option. I chose one, received an email, and Natasha stayed on the phone with me while I finished registering and paying, answering the questions I had. I finished, she let me know what to expect, I received a text with all the info I’ll need for the unit, and we were done. All in all took about 10 minutes. I’m really happy with the storage unit and the service I received.

Natasha and the other female employees bribe all their tenants into writing good reviews on them in competition of other co workers half the things mentioned in their reviews were written by the employees themselves.
Natasha the manager was always very nosey of my business would always walk by my unit. I accidentally forgot to lock up my unit one night Natasha said she opened and entered my unit without my permission an said found bottles of urine only because the bathroom is always locked.
As end result of renting a storage space here my unit was auctioned off an I lost everything i ever owned I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING A STORAGE SPACE
