I rented a space couple weeks ago and I just wanted to let public storage that I’m happy with the great customer service gabby provided. Very professional she answered all questions and quoted me a great deal on my storage unit. I originally reserved a 10x20 but ended getting a 10x15 I save money. If you want to rent a space for the right price please ask gabby for help she’s great !

homeless hanging out at the units downstairs. lady was extremely rude that manages it and yelled at my boyfriend to “get off her property” because he got done moving things 2 minutes after close. not the best area. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Pesimo servicio al cliente, tube un problema lo intente resolver y dar mi explicacion, por que multaron casi cobrandome un mes de renta, siempre se negaron a escucharme, y que si no pagaba me mandaban a coleccion, tube que pagar ese dinero, y nunca se prestaron a escucharme a pesar de que fui varias veces. Siempre me decian que no estaba la manager y que ella me iva a llamar y nunca lo hizo.

The location appears to be unattended, which would account for the restroom being out of essential supplies.
We are moving out as we no longer need a storage unit, and we appreciate the interactions we have had with the local district manager when we had questions.

Raised price of my unit 33 and a third percent. I would like to hear their reasoning and rationalization behind that. It could be gasoline but how much gasoline can they use? Their storage unit. I think milk has gone up no more than 10%

This is more on me than them, but the gate hours for this storage unit really don’t work for people that don’t get off until 5pm.
I should have looked this up before deciding on this unit but every other storage unit i’ve used (at least 3 at this point) has had open gate hours until around 7-9pm. This place closes both their office and their gate hours at 6pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. I definitely cannot fit those open windows with my schedule.
It’s too bad that I realized this 48 hours after signing up and moving half my items into the unit, and they wouldn’t give me a refund / partial refund.
Overall the unit is fine, most of the staff is friendly (I’ve had an issue only with one person), and the location was relatively nice because it’s just off the 55. If these hours work for you, you’ll likely be satisfied. It was not the right fit for me though.
Additionally, I found a cheaper and larger unit with much more flexible gate hours. I’m looking forward to relocating my items.
