David was amazing! There was an electrical issue with the gate when I purchased my storage unit which prevented me from moving in on my move in date. The next day the gate was opened for access but the elevator was not working which prevented me from being able to access my unit on the second floor. After getting hung up on by a different property manager, David helped me problem solve and got me in to another unit at the same location on the first level. Best customer service!! Thank you David!
David the property manager always has a smile on his face and is ready to assist you with whatever he can. The renting process is very simple online and I have never ran into any issues on the property. The app allows you to access the gate without putting in a code and since all the units are drive up units it makes loading and unloading things in your vehicle very simple. Place is always empty too which is nice. Thank you David!

I had an issue with my lock being stuck on the latch and David went above and beyond to help me get it taken care of. He had to remove a latch from an unused locker and install it on mine since he didn’t have an extra one on hand. I don’t know what I would have done without his help.

Edit: I no longer needed the storage unit, so I moved out today. Kat was very helpful throughout the time I was a tenant. She was also very helpful with the moving out process and made it simple and easy. Definitely coming back if I need a storage unit again in the future.
I didn't expect myself to be writing this about a storage unit experience, but this place genuinely restored my faith in humanity. My first night here I was helped by the kindest person I have ever met, Susanna. She helped me in every way possible, and also just displayed such compassion and empathy that I could tell that her job at public storage doubled as a way for her to help others. When my storage unit wasn't locked properly, I received a call and was promptly notified just to make sure my stuff didn't get stolen. She was very accommodating with setting me up with the perfect unit and I truly feel that with her working here my stuff is safe no matter what. She deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond her job and because of her I will always recommend anybody to this particular storage unit. I hope that her manager or public storage recognizes her for being an amazing addition to their company
Horrible place. They raise the rent every single month and I am now paying an absurd amount for small unit. This is their scam, they start you at a reasonable price and once you move your stuff in they start raising the price. They know it'd be hassle to move your stuff out somewhere else so they take advantage of it. My unit also got broken into and many items were stolen. Still to date have not heard from anyone at Public storage. I'm pretty sure someone working there must have been involved. Filed a police report on my own and left voicemails for management multiple times. They never answer the phone. Don't rent a unit here.

I had an awesome experience renting a unit with public storage. Clayton took care of me and made my moving experience way less stressful. (Which everyone hates moving already) I would 10/10 recommend this facility and if mgmt is reading this Clayton was exceptional and should be your standard when hiring new employees.
Be very careful here I was evicted and accused of breaking into units.
