Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 1705 Kirker Pass Rd, Concord, CA

My girlfriend and i have had a unit here for many years and love it great location.great prices.clean.safe great office and gate hours friendly and helpful staff infact we recently got so much help from Layla thanks to her we were able to find a larger unit here that suit our. Current needs So grateful thank Public Storage and Layla 😊

I had great experience with the Manager Basir, he not only spoke my language but also took the time to understand my needs and resolved my issue efficiently, I’m appreciative to his help and positive outcome, I would recommend this storage it’s safe place to store your belonging.

I have been a customer since 2015 I have always loved this location for multiple reasons Best Prices, safe, clean and I have always had best experiences with all staff at this location over the years but I do have 2 favorites in past it was Chris and in present it is Layla she is truly a hidden gem she always goes above and beyond takes time to explain things walk you through process ect. and is always so friendly, helpful and caring , she works hard at keeping site clean and safe for all tenants and future tenants. I am grateful beyond words at how much her help has meant to me 🙏 Thank you Layla & Public Storage 🧡

This public storage is a great place to store your belongings Basir the manager is very friendly and is always there if you need help with anything he is always checking up to make sure everything is ok and always very courteous. They have great security and feel that my belongings will be safe until I’m ready to move them into my home. I would definitely recommend this location.

Worst place can’t even get help when employee is suppose to be here I use to rent when was ygnacio valley they were great now has gone down also on their gate to try and exit is old info they told us call public storage not affiliated anymore what a nightmare trying to help a friend you think they would have fixed when took over business

Today I contacted the Ygnacio Valley Mini Storage, on behalf of an 88yr old elderly person who has been in the hospital for weeks. They had received a notice of lien for a storage payment due 6/1/24. I spoke to a manager that demanded payment for June and July. Unfortunately, we do not have access to her funds and the family lives out of the country. I asked if we could have the family member (that is in Thailand) could make the payment online. Manager said no, cash or cashiers check only. I asked if we paid the full $706.00 for June & July now and we moved everything by 7/5 would they prorate the month of July, considering the circumstances. He said they will not discuss anything like this until the balance is paid in full. Meanwhile, the elderly person has been paying on time for years and years. There was no compassion for their long time customers. I will never use this storage company. And anyone that does, better make sure their loved ones have access to funds and the space or they could end up losing family possessions.
