I just had my new bike delivered and Andrea was so helpful in making sure all went smoothly from walking me through the gate code to guiding us through the gate to ensure we didn’t accidentally make contact with the gate or buildings. I highly recommend you rent from this location as this is where you’ll be taken care of.

I have had a storage unit at this location for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but good experiences with the facility. I recently cancelled my storage unit as I no longer needed it and Yvette helped me out and she was exceptional!
Rented a space recently and Yvette at the front counter was awesome! She was very helpful and accomodating. I have rented from other storage facilities in the past and none of them were very good experiences. I would not hesitate to recomend this location to anyone.

I originally left 1 star, due to issues with the insurance, however, management has always been very good at this place and very nice. I would recommend they find a different insurance company, but other than that they’ve been a good storage spot.

Yvette, the property manager at this facility, contacted billing and had some fees waived which resulted in a reduction of the following month's bill. This was very kind of her. I much appreciated the extra effort Yvette put forth.

However, I'd have given 5 stars if it weren't for the excessive corporate generated yearly cost increases above that of other facilities and changing the closing hours from the previous 10 pm to now 6 pm and 5 pm weekends. So, I relocated the boat to another and better equipped storage near the lake, including a restroom, for $155 open until 10 pm instead of the upcoming $226

Poor customer service
Desirae was AWESOME! She was very knowledgeable about the units & had an answer for the abundance of questions I had. She walked me around the property to ease my anxieties about renting from a storage facility in the sac area (it’s bad out here y’all!). At first I wasn’t sure about renting here, but she was so sweet and really knew her stuff so I felt comfortable getting unit.
Grounds are clean. No signs of vermin. And NO ONE living in their unit!!
Des is definitely a keeper!
