LOVE Nan 😁 she’s been so helpful and kind hasn’t been here long but I hope she stays forever.
Nan is like the ultimate PM. She’s always cleaning and everything from her office to the bathroom smells so fresh. She was out power washing doors one day…like I never saw that before. She always has a smile, you can tell she really likes her job

Nan made moving into my storage unit so quick and easy! I was so stressed out from my move and she helped me find a really great location and was able to find me exactly what I needed. She showed me where everything was and explained it perfectly! Her patience and kindness made it a great experience!

The worst public storage ever…

Those elevators were not working at all
I tried to reach with the office and some other associates but nobody there to assist me at all
I wasn’t able to carry my things on my shoulders and use the stairs which was all the way down and super far from the unit I had my stuff
I don’t recommend anyone else😏
I had a great experience having a storage unit with Public Storage. Even more Nan was excellent at her job and made it very easy signing up and always helping me out with things. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend anyone to as well

Received very good customer service from Nan. I was in a crunch and needed to get my things stored. Nan needed me to hurry along as it was closing time. She wasn't rude, spoke very kindly and went above and beyond to even help me out. Great Customer Service!!!
Nan helped me from the second I walked into the property and she was fantastic- very knowledgeable and helpful across the board- thankful she was there and feel very good about the decision to rent here because of help-
Beware‼️DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION‼️ The facility is dirty and has bugs. They only have 2 moving carts for a facility with over 200 storage units. The facility is very dirty, and it's unsafe with all the homeless individuals who live right behind and next to the facility. After 10 days of non payment, they will lock up your items and deny you access to the building. Unlike Extra Space Storage, who will work with its customers and allow you access to your items almost a month and 2 weeks before a lien fee is added to your bill. This public storage is the worst place I have ever stored my personal items. I moved out 15 days before the month was out and made to pay the entire month even though I was told by an agent that I may not have to pay the entire month if I moved out. They will lie to get your payment and will sell your items to the highest bidder if you are more than 3 weeks late in making a payment. It's best to find any other storage facility because they do not value their customer's business!
We used this storage location and had an excellent experience with Nan! She went out of her way to make sure that our storage experience was comfortable and pleasant, (being that this was our first time using a public storage). We highly recommend this storage location. Go see Nan!
Nan is amazing. I'm all moved in thanks to her. I see she takes pride in the property, she was cleaning the elevators. The restroom smelled amazing, she swept and blew down a whole driveway with a smile on her face still providing great customer service. The app is nice and helpful I'm just loving my experience
The new property manager Nan is very helpful and kind she makes the moving in process a breeze and she always in a positive and welcoming mood will tell all my friends and family members to rent with her
I was just stuck in the staircase for 30 mins. I always take the stairs to exit the building. Today when I did that I came to the surprise of a key lock pad on the door. I wasn't able to use the Exit that I normally do.
As you know all the other doors automatically lock so I couldn't even get back to my storage floor. It took 20 mins to get through on a call, than another 10 mins to get me out the stair case.
It is 90° so you can only imagine how hot it was. I don't understand why there was a padded lock on the Exit. What if there was a fire?!

The district manager called me with nothing but excuses telling me it was the person first day. Than when I told her it was an hour past opening time and the locks should of been removed she responding with a snarky remark saying " have you ever made a mistake at work"
The only person at this location that has common sense and respect is the new property manager. She has been really helpful.

Public Storage's shady tactics are downright despicable. Without any warning, they hiked up my payment from $219 to $343 while I was away, causing a massive headache that forced me to cut short my travels and return to the USA just to deal with their deceitful practices. Their utter lack of transparency and disregard for their customers' well-being is appalling. Beware of Public Storage's sneaky rent increases—they'll gladly squeeze every penny out of you without so much as a courtesy heads-up. See the image for they are increased rent. Keep away from this thieves .
Daniel great servios
This is the worst Public Storage to use. The only person that actually knows his job is Daniel. Daniel is very professional and knowledgeable and always willing to help. However, I had visited on the day Daniel was off and encountered a lazy unknowable worker that even stated he didn’t know what he was doing. Well his incompetence cost me $800. Public storage need to train all employees because one thing for sure they will take you money

Rent got too damn high. Went from paying $500 a month to $900 a month. The older white man that works upfront is sassy, make snarky remarks, and is super passive. I would not recommend.
Additionally, they do not stay on top of pest management. A lot of the storage units seems to have been invaded by mice that chew through important documents and cockroaches. Lastly, they are inconsiderate with their customers. The same older white man would not open up the trash bins for people.
