Made a reservation after waiting FOREVER for a drive up unit on Sunday to move in 11/13. Went to complete the reservation online Tuesday around noon and it was no longer available. I called the location and he said it was still available and transferred me to some overseas agent who said nope it is gone. So a reservation with this useless place means nothing- FYI.

Looks like an A team to me! I’ve been at this location twice. First time when my daughter moved in 2 weeks ago and a friendly worker Angelica made us feel very welcome. Then came back yesterday and was greeted by two fascinating guys, Vito & Tyler. These 3 kids have it all, but arguably their most important trait … they are genuine and go out of their way to help customers first. You can’t train that these days, you either have it or you don’t.

Just had an awesome experience getting a vehicle storage unit, thanks to Zoey! No hassles. I got to choose the unit I want Ed AND got $1 for the first month deal, plus a rate that was better than a prior reservation further away. Props to Zoey for taking the time to get us squared away!

A very well maintained and clean storage property! Angelica was a great help whenever I needed her. Moving in and out was a seamless and straight forward process. The rate were decent and I never had to worry about my things being destroyed or bothered by pest. I appreciated the ease of entry with the app and all updated info sent via email. I highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised at the smooth experience and reasonable price of units compared to other units in the area. Angelica was very helpful and got me in and out with a great unit super easy.

As far as public storage goes this is a decent site. I'm extremely appreciative of the fact they are a bit more relaxed in some aspects of running their business and don't come at you like fee Nazis if you are a day or 2 late on the bill. I do wish the units were accessible for a longer period of time each day. Maybe closing at 7pm vs 6pm would be amazing for someone like myself due to my work schedule. But still. The place is well worth the monthly charge. Thanks!

Terrible communication, management please do better. Made us drive from LA to Canoga park 2+ hours total to find out that they mistakenly promoted something that wasn’t available. I understand that accidents happen but why not supervise in order to ensure proper business continuity? we hired 2 additional people to help move the unit. We wasted gas, so much money and overall so much time, extremely upsetting. Hope you don’t do this to anyone else again..

They are raising my rate every 6 months!!! Going to find another place and move my stuffs.

This location, while newer and climate control you only have access during business hours which is not convenient for the customer at all. I moved in a few days ago and will be moving my stuff out within the next few days because of this.

I had to get storage with little notice. My only prior experience was less than perfect situations helping my children at college in various parts of the country. I checked out all options within reasonable distances here in the Valley. This Public Storage location is very impressive. Someone working at PS actually suggested I book online to take advantage of specials that would not only give me a better price, but potentially a bigger space to boot. The entire process could be handled without interfacing with another human (if that’s your taste). The facility is new, clean and convenient. Even the personnel, especially Angelica, are as helpful as can be. If you need storage, don’t waste your time looking around. This place is great.

Angelica Gutierrez was the most helpful , accommodating employee/manager that went beyond what any employee I’ve ever met to really genuinely help us out. You can feel what a good person she is and how she went out of her way when she didn’t have to . I can’t express in words how wonderful she was towards we wouldn’t been able to do this without her . I offered her a tip because she deserved much more than that really and she wouldn’t accept it . It is refreshing to know that humanity exists still in this world and it is rare and hard to find these days people just helping one another for the sake of the helping them without expectation . So I was looking for a storage unit and Found that public storage was the best suit for me in my situation. It was extremely affordable. The place is brand new, and the staff was amazing! Willie and Angelica were the two wonderful people that took care of me, and I couldn’t have been more happy with their customer service! They were very helpful and very honest, which I appreciate in people because it’s hard to find honesty these days. But I am definitely a lifetime customer And because of these two my faith has been put back into humanity … Definitely recommend renting from this location. This location is outstanding. Lluri made a long lasting impression of this Public storage location. Her effort needs to be acknowledged and praised to the highest amount. She was very helpful and had exceptional customer service. I am a stickler on customer care because I also work in that industry, and being kind can go a long way. So I didn’t hesitate to write a review to share my satisfaction. So again I’d like to emphasize how phenomenal Lluri was today, she deserves a promotion, or some sort of recognition from the company. Great experience from start to finish! The property manager Angelica was very helpful with helping me chose the right size unit and was very helpful with providing me with information when needed. The facility is well kept, clean, secure and equipped with all the essentials to help make your move as easy as possible. I recently moved out and again my experience was great! This storage unit is made exceptional by its staff members. Lupe went out of her way to help us with moving our unit to a bigger location. She was patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out! You have our storage loyalty!

I recently visited this location and left disappointed with Manager Yuri and Employee Eve. The lack of care for customers and the horrible customer service provided by Eve were beyond unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this location as you are likely to encounter a complete disregard for your needs and a frustrating experience!!

Property is not as nice as the other ones, but the difference is that the manager Angelica is great and helpful and always has a smile. Great service.

Emmanuel was very helpful, he showed us some units, explained prices, and hours of operation. Very knowledgeable overall. Emmanuel also kept a clean facility too as he was cleaning before he stopped to help us.

Today, I had a great experience at my Public Storage facility. Emmanuel helped me with an issue I was having. Also, I realized there is an app to open the gate. That is very convenient.

My gf and I were in need of a storage unit during our extended stay in LA. Robert was the epitome of efficiency and courtesy in assisting us. Should we ever come back to the local area I know who to choose if I need extra space.

I am so grateful to Robert. Putting my belongings in storage is extremely stressful but Robert was not only knowledgeable but kind and understanding. I highly recommend this Public Storage because he is outstanding.

Although the security of this facility could be better, there is a storage unit for every type of situation. There were a few things I wasn't very impressed with, but the customer service made up for it. I personally used this location as a catch-all while moving out of my house, and I only had the unit for a month. Pictured is the entrance and exit keypads, the main halls of units, the condition of the door and lock to my unit, the 6ftx9ft unit I had rented, the main office, and the general layout of the facility. I believe this location is great for short-term, big and bulky items, or general supplies that you just need out of your personal space. I would not advise leaving expensive equipment, valuables, or anything that could easily be damaged or taken if anything were to unfortunately happen. There are other public storage locations that have more secure systems in place with regards to both potential weather damage and theft. If your main goal is to store valuables with more guaranteed security, I would suggest spending the extra money on another location. However, the customer service at this location was very pleasant from my first day. I very much value the genuineness of the employees that I interacted with as I went in and out of the facility. If I can remember correctly, I met Robert and Dalia (or similar name) and they were very wonderful every time I was there. I am mostly a people person, so the five stars is because of them, but the facilities in general would receive a three out of five stars if I was being blunt about my thoughts. However, I wasn't personally too concerned about how long my stuff would be stored here so it didn't devalue my stay. I hope that this facility gets some much needed upgrades soon, including locker sized units as those seem to be scarce, but very reasonably priced and helpful for smaller storage situations.
