BEWARE BEWARE of this facility !! Specially if you plan on buying auctioned units at this facility either thru StorageTreasures or any other means.
First time I won a lien unit at this facility was Sept 28, 2024. Everything came out good, the unit I bought was exactly the unit pictured in the auction site storagetreasures. Boxes and stuff exactly where it was on the picture, so I was satisfied with the auction.
Then the facility had another auction that ended October 30, 2024 @ 11:00am. I won a unit that had boxes and totes that was stacked neatly on top of each other that was posted on storagetreasures site. When I got to the unit and stare at it for a bit I noticed that boxes have been moved and was too obvious that someone had already look at the stuff inside the unit and have probably taken stuff out of it which should not be done because it was a "lien" unit. Frank was the person who open the unit for me that day. I just didn't have the time to confront about the unit and it was just a cheap unit ($140) but getting a unit that was not supposed to be touched by anyone was a disappointment.
I have bought several units from other facility and this is the first time this happened. I save pictures from auction site and compare it to the actual unit when opened, and this unit was very differently aranged compared to the photos. I really Hope the owner or someone who manages this particular facility investigates this but I doubt something will be done.
Oh well a disappointment on my part but I do wish bad karma on the person(s) who did this. Karma will get you eventually. Just writing this so I can warn others that want to do business with this facility ..
Will report to who ever I can so a fair auction experience for future buyers. I buy storage units for fun like a treassure hunt for me, then gives away most of the stuff I get .. If I do this for profits I'll probably be so pissed at this incident.

I found a dead rat today in my unit. As u can see in my pics I found rat dropping and rat pee was on my bags and my whole unit smelled like feces and there is rust. They don't take care of the place
When I arrived I wasn’t looking to book my space in that moment but Frank (property manager) took his time to show me around, he was very courteous and knowledgeable.
It was hard for me to say no and walk away to continue shopping around, the price was right in every possible way and when he showed me the unit, I felt it was the right unit and perfectly accommodated to my needs, thank you Frank and excellent customer service 🙏🏻
Today as I was shopping around for a new storage place, I came across the Buena Park location ,Frank was very helpful, he answered all my questions about renting a new storage because I have a lot of things since I’m moving out that need to be stored for at least two months , he also let me know about the specials that they had and I was very pleased that this location was very clean and well kept unlike others that I been shopping around at. Apparently this is a high theft area.... the $60 carts that are normally used for loading/unloading are under constant lock and key and 3 hours before they close they are not accessible by anyone. Really inconvenient and I recommend Extra Space storage as they have a better handle on theft and they are a customer first organization.

Today, I needed to purchase a new lock for my storage unit. Frank was the rep that greeted when I walked in. He informed me that a new lock would cost $22. I had $20 cash and the $2 I would put on my debit card. OMG, Frank was so helpful with everything, to the point where he gave me the $2 to cash so that I didn't have to put it on my debit card. Hes so AWESOME for that!?! I wish there were more Franks the world. He just now told me he put my bill for the next 3mo at $47 off my monthly rate, I'm literally screaming with happiness!?! I received a call from Frank who called to verify my move in and had me come in to look at the unit before move in. That was awesome. He gave me a tour and showed me different ways to get to my unit. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with storing my items here. Very friendly and great customer service.

I can definitely agree with the reviews about rat infestation. I'm getting my stuff out because I am uncomfortable leaving them there. I've had some boxes there for less than a week and I just can't finish the month there without worrying. It defeates the purpose of storing things if you may end up ruining them.

The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like sulfur when running the water the first time I used it, since I booked it online I didn't get a tour of the unit first. I only keep clothes mostly and other necessities in there but let me tell you there was mouse feces everywhere and probably urine as well. It is unsanitary, there's no dollies they are all locked up but when I was first staying here there was a landfill of trash the workers were disposing of not to mention the looks. The African American lady was rather rude on a couple occasions such as locking me out of my unit after only a couple of days of being past due, when I had the wrong lock and put one on there I was told I'd be locked out even tho I was gonna fix it the next day and had a lock on there temporarily to hold. I paid $50 for this unit I was paying 40 before for no stress. The having to climb the dirty ladder just to reach the filthy unit after going through about six doors just to get in the place is crazy, then alot of times the app would glitch or you have to reload the access screen for each door, one time the entrance/exit gate got caught as somebody rushed it and I was stuck waiting and having to help put it back on the tracks then wait for a person in front of me til the only one worker could help me come unlock the unit I was locked out of so I could swap stuff out of my unit. I had numerous occasions too where I'd have to wait for other people to be done to get a ladder. It is always crowded too usually and with a 7/11 being in front makes for a somewhat aggravating visit between the drifters, druggies, and obnoxious storage patrons who takes their time or aren't considerate. Even seen a homeless person camping on a piece of cardboard and sleeping on a coat in the parking lot near the entrance/exit before. I am a relaxed but focused person. I like to come get in and get out without any hassle. I am glad to be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs, go somewhere clean and properly maintained and managed. If you look at the photo you can see the poop. It's gross and if infected would be grounds for a lawsuit. They need to do a better job at keeping the place up to health standards.

I got this 5x5 storage space in summer of 2021. The price jump from 130 to 193 dollars a month in two years for a small storage space is ridiculous. Considering no one is at the office most of the time to help you out with anything. Idk if they have pest control to protect the building from rodents but my storage has a bunch of feces all over plus a water bottle on the top ceiling. How did that end up there when there’s a ceiling fence? Yea you bet I’m moving out of this storage. They need to take care of this place and better protect people’s valuables.

Never had any problems there, always able to access my unit. Christian who works there is always polite and helpful to the customers, he keeps aware of who comes in and out and does maintenance there to keep the place sanitary.

Do not rent a space here right now!! I only had my stuff there for a few months and took my stuff out and now my apartment is infested with roaches!!! WHATEVER YOU DO FIND A NEW STORAGE OR JUST THROW ALL OF YOUR STUFF AWAY. I let management know my stuff was infested and they didn’t even notify the people in the storages around me!! (My co worker has the storage right next to me and they didn’t tell her) RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE- FAST!

I currently Rent from this public storage and Shameka (I think that’s how you spell her name Sorry if it’s wrong ) who is an associate that works at this location is truly amazing she is kind and very helpful, Anything that I need she is quick to assist me with no hesitation, She always always have a uplifting spirit, She also does really well with keeping the facility up with the Cleaning, alot of the times When I do visit my unit and she’s working on her shift she is either mopping or sweeping or walking around the building picking the trash up, Over all she is an amazing person with a beautiful heart and with great customer service skills she definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the customers needs are truly met Thank you for all that you do!!!!!!!!!

Let me just start by saying the two lovely African American women at the front desk were the highlight of my night and very helpful!
Initially reserved online to find unit was too small when checked out in person before move in date. Christian and Shamika helped find me locate a bigger unit and secure it that same day quickly. On day of move in, I realized I had too much stuff and needed an bigger unit. Thankfully, both Christian and Shamika helped out again quickly to secure a new one. I moved out and the process was easy and quick thanks to them.
Property appears secure, easy to load/unload stuff as needed, and had many climate control units which I highly recommend for those storing personal stuff.

Rats everywhere! The rats ate through my furniture, clothing, multiple boxes and traveled in a box to my house. Beware of this storage unit. Management will punt everything to insurance which is not a fun process. Worst experience.
RentL started out great!! We even started renting a second unit. Over the last 5 months there is a serious rat problem. We even have insurance for the units and all we keep getting told is that they are aware of it and to place claims in on items mean while they conti ue to raise the rent and several items here have been damaged.

This Public Storage on Noritsu in Buena Park is very clean and fresh. Nice cool climate and perfect for our storage needs. Abi and Angie are the best reps ever. Very nice, helpful and professional. There is a 7-11 @the corner of the storage place. VERY SMART IDEA.
Good deals but after the deal. Everything gets a little expensive. But that have good security system. To enter the gate, to get inside the building, to use the elevator l, to get out the premises.

I needed assistance with the items that I needed to store. After meeting with Angie, I was able to look at the units and upgrade to a space to fit my needs. A lot was going on but she was patient, friendly, and able to guide me to the best possible solution.
Hats off to Angie!!! She’s gone above and beyond in helping us today. She is courteous, knowledgeable and a real asset to the company’s customer service. Among the several storage facilities we’ve used throughout the years, we really like this one. It’s clean, convenient location and air conditioned!

I was there with my aunt yesterday to help them move stuff around in storage, and the lady Angie in the office saw we needed help and stopped what she was doing to help us. She was very nice and answered the questions we had, very good customer service.

The black lady there is not friendly, she was behaving stupid… She needs more training on how to respect customers or else the Public Storage will get a bad reputation to the customers just because of her..I stop renting in that storage in the very first day and asked for a refund this month of May 2022, but May comeback renting again if that black lady is no longer working there..
bSuly n shayla we're excellent at attending to all fashions of renting a space...they are a team that you feel comfortable and at ease ...they keep you informed about all apps that are necessary and info to make your move in transition way smoother.. .in my opinion they rock...you will be satisfied they are at service for you God bless them ...respectfully submitted bigman..

I have never been one to leave my stuff in a storage unit, but I thought it was time to do so because I'm running out of space. So of course I was skeptical about leaving my personal belongings there, but I was greeted by this nice lady named Abigail and she was very nice, she showed me the storage units, gave me tips on storage units, and made me feel safe about having my belongings here. 5 stars.

Just wanted to share my positive experience I had today at the Buena Park facility . So very thankful to be met at the front desk by a young lady named Abi who walked me thru the whole process of what to expect from start to finish . Even took the time showing me the various unites and never acted like I was wasting her time . She set my mind at ease about leaving my belongings there . Management needs to hire more people like her. 5 stars .
