Dirty! They rented me a unit that is upstairs knowing that the elevator was non operational. I had to carry boxes up 2 flights of stairs in 95 degree weather. They sold me a used lock.

SUPERB. I rarely leave reviews for anything but Danny was so helpful and friendly that I asked him where I could put in a good word for him. I was able to find the closest places online through Google and quickly compare prices. I was then able to rent the unit ONLINE in 10 minutes at a DISCOUNT and when I got there Danny displayed the customer service and genuine friendliness you just don't find very often anywhere. I appreciate it and the whole process was quick, easy, and friendly - 5+ stars

Says you’ll still access to gate on Thanksgiving even though office is closed, yet no one can get in the gate. Literally 6 different cars trying to access their storage unit based off what it says online and even on their own gate. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I can give this no star I would ! Got myself a 10x15 storage unit started off getting a $297 monthly rate which only lasted for 4 months. After that my new payment changed to $364 which now lasted 5 months but now they want to charge me $484 and they are telling me there’s nothing they can do . After this month I will be going elsewhere!
Put a customer's items out of their house while we move them very convenient give me a two-for-one and the use of a truck can't beat it

One of the best storage units you can rent! The manager (Gabe) has good customer service. He keeps the units and location clean. I rent lots of times here even if I move far, I don't care the location I am at, my place to store my stuff is here at this facility. I am happy, satisfied customer and I know you would be once you give this business a try. I never have or had any type of problem. I have a piece of mind renting here. Gabe the manager is a great manager.
All units are direct access- most convenient. Attendants (Gabe) are great. No complaint.
I have been making my Public Storage Payments @ this location since I moved out this way, approx 5 months. My actual storage rental is in Orange on Main Street however, this is more convenient because I am someone who likes to walk my payment in and get a receipt.
Gabe is the employee I see most often and from the first time I stopped at this location...I was SO impressed with his AWESOME Customer Service Skills!! He is always so informative and courteous that i actually look forward to paying my bill!!
Well, that may be a bit exaggerated but you get the jist, yes? He is a devoted employee and I know for quite sometime was traveling between two (2) P.S. locations due to lack of employees and remodeling etc...
