Me and my family have been looking to switch storage facilities for awhile now. I think I may have found one perfect just for us. I called this facility earlier today and talked to someone name Keirra and she help answer all my questions. She was so sweet, honest, and opened to all my concerns going in later today to pick a unit. I am very satisfied. 10 out of 10 customers service.

Worst place I have ever tried to use, they took my money quickly and when move in day came I could not access my locker and no one was on site. I made multiple calls to every number I could find and left messages, all while also returning to the site 3 different times before 2 pm and never ended up moving in and had to rent a different locker from a different facility cause I couldn't move into their locker. When I did speak with someone finally at around 4 pm they didn't seem to care and were happy to let me know they did not give refunds so oh well.

I have a storage shed here that I started renting at $120/mo. Over the course of a year and a half the price increased to over $200! This place and every Public Storage unit is a total scam! Find a place that doesnt arbitraily raise your rates for absolutely no reason!!!

Been storing here for about 5 months now. Never once an issue. Property is always clean and maintained. I have been several times while they're walking the property checking units, cleaning, etc. Recommended in my book! Oh.....and I LOVE the app!!! Makes it so easy to get in/out of the facility.

I highly recommend this facility for storage needs. I selected it because it is very clean and well kept and seemed secure. After needing another unit and working with the staff I was blown away with the customer service, Veronica helped me with the additional unit. She called me a few times helping me get a unit right next to my original one and was a pleasure to work with thru the whole process. Other employees that I have seen on site also are very polite and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and clean.

The facility is very well maintained and Veronica in the office is amazing. Anytime I have had to interact with her, she makes me feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure all your issues are resolved. In my case I have a tricky sliding thing on my lock and she was able to show me the trick to using it. Cameras are everywhere and the place is very well lit at night. I feel like my items are secure.

Have been long term renter 8+ years. Increases every six months +/-. Unit broken into - Police could not contact them - Case closed. Very very little insurance claim received. Returned to unit in shambles + Rodent infestation. Changed unit (smaller due to damage)....slapped with 26% increase in 1 year?? Again ....Why am I still here??

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Started out paying 269.00 and a year in they raised the rent to 360.00 then we called and they were like.. we notified you by Email. We called to complain and basically they said due to the rise in the economy they raised the rent again to 428.00 . DO NOT RENT FROM THOS COMPANY!!! They are horrible. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

I've been at this unit for 2 years now, and there's been a steady flow of rent increases the entire time. I just got the next one and the unit is now more than double the original price (the previous increases were more moderate, this new one is almost a 25% hike in one shot). The kicker? If you go online and look at pricing, they are still advertising the original prices to new renters. I guess they'd rather take a chance on a new customer at low rates than keep existing renters???

Received bill and rental payment went up $42! Was told we were "RANDOMLY" chosen to have our rent raised! Renter BEWARE!!! Have only rented there for a few months.
