This company is the absolute worst. Since there's nobody around to take payments anymore I've tried using the kiosk on Mill. (Learning about this option in the first place cost me a week of hassle and a late fee which they refused to refund. That's a whole different story.)
Today I deposited a stack of $20-bills plus a $10 and it shorted my total by $150. They've replaced staff with machines that don't work.
I have the full video as proof. You should do the same if you make the mistake of leasing with this company and ever pay in cash.

Back in November I ended up with a life threatening infection so was put into a drug induced coma until February 17. Well during that time I was unable to work or pay my storage so it’s about to go up for auction unless I pay almost $300. I called them to tell them my circumstances and give them proof and the manager there told me she can’t help me I gotta pay the balance. Everything in there is sentimental. It’s worth nothing to everyone else. That is why I’m giving them 1 star it would be no stars if I could. All thy e pictures I have of my dead mother are gonna be thrown away.
The check-in process is very straightforward and simple. Barbara is very helpful and shows how everything works. The location is convenient and secure! Highly recommend for storage.
