This Public Storage is amazing. I messed up when I booked my unit. Even though it was my mistake they bent over backwards to assist me and have helped every way they possibly could. I spoke with Tracy at the site yesterday after speaking with her on the phone the day prior. She not only remembered our whole conversation, she remembered my son‘s name when we came in from that conversation. I appreciate Public Storage, but especially appreciate Tracy and her superb customer service skills. If I ever move to another part of town, I will always continue to use this storage location. It will be worth the drive.
