They don't prorate at all, even if you move out on the first. They're not willing to work with you. Half of the time the carts they have are locked up and can't be used.

I need to get stuff from the storage unit and there’s no way I can access and tell me that I need to see a manager and it pissed me off! I’m gonna have to run another storage unit because they’re locked and I can’t get my stuff

Hello, I’m highly disappointed in Public Storage. I wouldn’t recommend this storage company to a picnic ant. I should have read my contract more carefully! I was 80.00 short and fell on hard times. They didn’t even want to stop the auction process. I can’t wait to get my items out of their storage. They are CROOKS. I hope y’all go bankrupt and never make another dime! Y’all are greedy just like all the other billionaires and corporations. It’s sick. Y’all need to exposed!!! PUBLIC STORAGE IS GREEDY!!! I will make sure that once I move my items out of there, I will NEVER USE Y’ALL AGAIN. They are already charging me for October. They will never get that from me. GOOD RIDDANCE!

Everytime I go there I get Wonderful help from Jeffrey and TJ. They Both are Helpful and Informative to all my Storage needs!
When I wasn't aware of the hours of closure and stayed past closing time Jeff was very courteous and making me aware of the proper closing time allowing me to abide by the rules. He's also provided great customer service when I've needed cleaning supplies to clean up after a messy organization day. Jeff's on top of everything here and is all around a great representative of public storage.
Called in and spoke to Jeff about a concern I had over some recent changes. He was extremely helpful and before I knew it, he had resolved the problem over the phone. He was very pleasant to speak with and didn’t “pass the buck” or tell me he’d call me back later. He was able to handle things to my satisfaction in ONE phone call! Thanks Jeff!!

The facility is nice, but service… not so much.
They charged my card for one months rent, then 4 days later I got a message that said I didn’t pay (even though I have a receipt) and then proceeded to charge me a late fee and charged me again for the same month! So I’m trying to straighten it out but I can’t get a hold of the General Manager, who I’ve left a voicemail with.
You also have to give them your drivers license to use the carts. Just make sure to get your card back before they go to lunch because they lock the doors and won’t answer when you knock. I hate to bang incredibly loud to get the ladies attention. I won’t be using the carts again!
I’ve been a tenant here for 2 years and have had a great experience. Thank you to the whole Public Storage team, but specifically Jeff has been very easy to work with and is always there to help. He is overall a great guy and very respectful.

The sales associate was fast and very friendly. She explained everything and read the agreements to me. She had such excellent customer service and even gave me a tour. We went to the size I asked for and it seemed too big so she took me to another available unit that was the perfect size! She quickly changed the reservation, gave me the option to pay the prorated amount, and sent everything to my email for my convenience.

The service with rose was excellent. I couldn't expect anything better. Store was clean. Proficient and customer service was on point. I thank them for everything she did for me and it was done in a timely fashion
The people that work here are nice enough, but other than that this is the bare minimum ax facility. I've left voicemails with the management about the security gate randomly closing too early. They raise the fee regularly. Most importantly the amenities like the carts are not only unavailable but they're chained to the wall half the day. If there was another option I would try it but there isn't so I can't. This place does what it's supposed to but don't expect a lot of communication or clarity when they change the rules on you.

DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE. No one will call you back or help you. My RV was damaged in a storage parking spot in April and it's been a nightmare to get support. Another RV or car side swiped my RV. Total damage to the side (AND someone obviously cleaned up the broken glass, etc so knew about the damage without contacting me). Horrible customer service. In the meantime they increased my rent by $20/mo while I wait to figure out how my personal insurance on the vehicle can help.

I don’t like the policies in place for leaving a little past 9pm. First of all 9pm is too early to close. If you leave just before 9pm or just after they make sure to let you know about it and then even warn you with kicking you out if it happens again. Lot could be much cleaner but the manager Jeff is a really nice guy.

This is a great storage place. Cool, clean, quiet. Jeff is the Manager there and he does a great job. Every time I've called with a question he has called me back straight away. I can't recommend this place enough. If your stuff is worth storing, fork up the extra few bucks to store it inside the AC at this place.
I stored some furniture here for a month after moving out of an apartment. The facilities were super clean, the air conditioning worked great and the front desk staff took the lock fee off my account since I brought my own. I scheduled my move out using the app and was only charged for the month I was there with no bogus fees. I'd highly recommend this place!

We originally got a unit a little over a year ago only expecting it to be for 6 months. They helped with pricing when the price changed after 6 months. The units are super clean and cool. Which is exactly what we needed in this Az heat. They have an elevator for the higher floors and even dollys to help move your things. There’s always parking to get your things in and out. You need your code to get in and out and even to get anywhere in the elevator so you know your things are safe! Today we vacated our unit with the help of RACHEL who was so kind and sweet. Just know this is a perfect place to get a unit for pretty decent prices.
I went into this location and Annalise and Rachel were very helpful and nice! Will definitely be coming back here for my future storage unit needs!

Have stored items here for several months now & it is well secured. Air conditioning and lights in units is very nice. Sometimes the back entrance is tight with a large U-Haul truck since some people park large cars in the rear spots making it hard to back in. All in all, happy with the service.

I have been at this place for almost a year and Austin worked very well with me on deals and helping me feel comfortable moving my stuff over. Now that he left, there's another cool guy named Michael that is even awesome to work with! He's very cute and is very friendly as well..... the property is AC conditioned and secure. There's security cameras throughout the entire property, so I'm very comfortable that eyes are watching me and the place. Again, Micheal was awesome and this company will continue to keep my business. 😎
It's a great storage facility but it has a filthy bathrooms 🚻 very disgusting 🤮 and poorly maintained.
I have requested for maintenance to fix a light fixture in my storage unit 2 years ago and couple requests per year they still didn't do anything about my request.
Buyer beware. Only 8 months after being there, and renting three large spaces, they just continue to increase the rent, SUBSTANTIALLY!!!! I expected no rent increases for at least one year, not after just a few months. You would think they would treat good customers better than this. Instead, they just keep raising the rent.

Furthermore, Austin is amazing at what he does and plays a large role in why we continue to rent out a unit here. He is very genuine and takes care of his customers. Thank you public storage!
Let me start with the positive. My wife and I's storage unit is great. The office staff is always friendly, and the place is well protected and ventilated.
Here's the problem, though:
Public Storage is a national chain not afraid to price-gouge its clients. We got a great deal on our unit 5 months ago, paying $120/month. However, in early July, we received a notice that our rent would now be $162/month starting August 1st, or a whopping 40% more than the previous month.
I would have understood a 2-5% increase every 6-12 months, but an increase of 40% after only being customers for five months is simply outrageous.
I called our local office, and their hands were completely tied. They sent us to corporate, which flat out refused our request to negotiate and didn't even have the courtesy to talk to us, sending us an automatic robot call denial message instead.
How am I supposed to trust Public Storage not to continue increasing our rent at this rate? If they do, I'll end up paying more than my car payment.
