While going through hardship public storage
Remnded me the second day of the month that my rent was late. On the twenty four day of the month. staff cut my lock to prepare my belongings for auction.
Not a fan of it being self-service but also having limited hours. If there aren’t going to be any employees there, at least make access 24/7 for unit holders.
Not sure how they made the mistake of marking my unit as vacant and removing me from the app, but it's an error on there part that hasn't been fixed for weeks now, I can't access my things and anyone I talk to says they'll email the manager to fix it but it's been like this for weeks.
When the staff is there it's awesome.

She went out of her way to help me transfer, she’s gone out of her way to make things go smoother for me. This is my first time using this company. First , When i drove up the service rep was outside cleaning the area. He stop to welcome me and to show me how to use the code to enter and where my unit was at. The unit it self was clean and no funny smells any where in the unit or building.
So far I'm happy with this company
The facility manager is very helpful. He checked to see if he could assist me and thanked me for being a loyal customer. He was respectful and professional.

EVERY SINGLE tenant was locked out of their belongings at the location on Gilbert Rd. PS bought a Life Stirage location and changed the entry pad but didn’t notify the tenants!!! I have my business items there and called this location out of desperation because I had a meeting for a customer to buy some product. The employee at this location refused to help me and told me they would file criminal charges if I tried to access my business property that was being stored. Mind you the employee refused to help by looking up my account to verify that this was an issue at the property and that I wasn’t behind rent. This was absolutely uncalled for to threaten a business customer because Public Storage messed up!!!!
This place Is a joke. I've spent several days now trying to move from a larger unit to a smaller unit and every attempt to purchase another unit on line or at the kiosk have not been successful. I've contacted customer service and I just keep getting ran in circles. There is no manager there most days and even when they say they are going to be there they aren't. You would figure since their are no employees working at this location and that their overhead is low that the prices would be alot lower but it seems like in this economy greed is what fuels places like this.
Arkana was super helpful in assisting me with my account today. She was polite, professional and helped me make sure my units and payments were in order! Thank you Arkana!

I called and spoke to a Ms. Rachael at your public storage in Tempe Az. I’m planning on relocating there. Ms. Rachael was so knowledgeable and very helpful about all the different storage units and which will be best. She was very pleasant; when she answered the phone she was very happy, cheerful, awesome customer service skills.
Anthony and Breanna made the whole move that much easier for me. Usually it is a dread to rent storage spaces, but they made it quick easy and simple especially with the app easy access the way of the future.
I am very happy with my experience with this facility.. Especially employee Peter who went the extra mile for me. And stayed after his shift to help me with my storage .unit. I really appreciated it.
I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Peter yesterday while at my storage yesterday. He helped me with my lock and im so greatful. All the staff have been really nice when they are there. I just wish the ac inside was a lot more cooler.

Breana is amazing! She’s very informative and considerate, excellent customer service! This is a great location to store your things in between living arrangements also if you’re a university student and need to put your furniture somewhere secure!
I really like the idea of a mostly automated storage facility. The sign up was easy and access inside was very simple through the app. On the other hand, having no dedicated unloading area for box trucks is a little inconvenient. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons I couldn't actually use the facility and I canceled it all the next day. But sense I had already entered the facility to test out the app and to see where my storage was located, they offered no refunds. Not even half. I hope this policy can be revised especially when their services were never actually used and it can be immediately re-sold.
Peter is amazing.. he's always got what I need and he helps me out any time I need him.
Very expensive. Constant price increases. Companies like this are just as responsible for inflation as the gov. Blame them.
Elevator has always given me issues. Rented unit 6 months ago and even then I had issues where I had to walk to the basement and ride it up to ground level.
I returned from my travels and now the elevator is still unresponsive. In addition all emergency doors on all levels have been locked so I can’t even use my fix action.
I reported the issue 6 months ago and to return and still have it not fixed is reason enough to stay far away from this place.
Highly recommend you avoid renting from this location.

On move out date I got stuck in the elevator and had to use the emergency button. Got a call from potentially the manager saying things are fine now for a few days )Completely false). The lack of someone on site and the push for automation drops the quality of this location immensely. Do not recommend.

Saundra is very helpful and patient with me as I rectified my issue for payment. I was extremely pleased with the service and thankful.
While there has been technical difficulties, they have an amazing staff that work diligently to make sure their customers are satisfied. Customer service is something I think is what makes a company work well with their costumers. Especially when it can sometimes be out of anyone’s control in the matter.
