Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 13360 W Willow Ave, Surprise, AZ

Trash that has been outside the doors for weeks if not months? One entry door constantly open or broken, again for weeks or a month or more, so much for security,! I suspect you have a homeless man living inside the storage area, he's on a bike and seems to know how to get in? I can't,'t tell you how many screws, bolts, nails and broken glass litter the parking area where we load and offload, I personally don't want those sharp objects in my tires. Since our rent keeps going up maybe you can have someone clean this mess up? Just a suggestion.

Eric was a HUUGE help today! The man is running the shop while a coworker is out sick and seems to honestly enjoy his job. I needed a unit in a pinch and he took care of me with efficiency. The gates were having some issues but he went through various troubleshooting measure to make sure I was able to move in today!

I just recently took over my father’s account with this storage facility and unfortunately we had issues with his bank card, everyone I spoke with treated me with professionalism and compassion. They understood what happened and made me feel like they cared about their customers verse the all-mighty dollar. Even though this is our last month with this facility, I would recommend them to anyone looking to store their treasures. I always felt safe there and it was very clean and well maintained!!! I hate to do this to this one location because they have been great in person, but every time I have tried to reserve a space online, there is some issue with the website. This last time my reservation got locked in limbo and their support person had to cancel it. Then when I tried to create a new reservation, it told me it couldn't because my email address was already in use as a username. The tech support insisted I could use anything for a username, but of course, this was wrong. The website says right on it that the username must be an email address. The support agent just said he couldn't do anything and dropped the chat. Fix your online reservation system, guys!

The kind lady working on the morning of November 27th did an excellent job and was very helpful and informative.

I like this location. it's very clean it's close to my job. It was easy I only had to use it for a couple of months and I spoke with Noemi at the front desk and she was very helpful.

This is by far one of the cleanest, well run, and most secure storage facility we’ve used. I can’t say enough good things about the team up front. They always have a kind word and are extremely helpful. As a woman I feel safe at the facility by myself and trust my belongings are very secure.

Thus far we have had a great experience with this Public Storage location. Noemi in particular was very nice, helpful, and friendly and has made things super easy for us!!

About 15 months ago, we rented at the ElMirage and Bell Rd facility (Surprise AZ) * It was new and we got a promotional rate. 3 months later the rate increase by almost $100. We negotiated that to about $50 increase for another 3 months. * at our 6 month stage, the price went back up. That constituted a 50% increase 6 months into our rental. * at 9-10 months they increased the rate again by about $100. So our rent nearly DOUBLED during that 1st year that we were renting. * at least HALF of that time, the entry door was broken so everyone entered and excited by exit door. What a mess!!! * for a very brief time the doors both worked. Now broken again! ****We contracted with Public Storage to have access from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. **** now the temporary hours are 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. That is shameful! Cut the hours all while doubling my rate!!! We can't get our of there fast enough!!

They have raised my rate by 32% with only a short notice !! I have been a renter there for 14 years and they refuse to work with me on the rate increase. I spoke with the District Manager who didn't seem to care. Please shop around, there are many storage options available. Avoid Public Storage .

Been a great storage facility. Easy to use and never have to worry about my stuff. Lock was put on improperly one time and they called and emailed us to let us know.

Nice location with good security procedures and a very friendly staff. Used the eRent feature for the cheaper rental, but still stopped in to look at unit sizes. Valery was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Climate control is a big plus. With any electronic equipment, the temperature is always in a concern and the idea of my stuff sweltering in a metal tin sitting in 120 degree heat just didn't sit well. Thankfully, Public Storage is controlled and my stuff is as safe as if it was in my living room. That is a major plus for me.

One of my more favorable experiences with storage. I got a bit turned around the manager, Kaila, helped get me straight. Super nice. Recommend if you want a place that's affordable and good service.

Been a renter here for approximately one year. Recently my needs for a 5x5 have increased to a 10x10. I went in this weekend to see about upgrading my unit. Brianna was working in the office and took excellent care of my needs. She helped up find the closest 10x10 available to the unit we currently rented to help us make our move as quick as possible. One unit was a litte dirty and she promply offered to clean it immediately. She answered all of our questions and streamlined the process. I also observed her cleaning the facility, sweeping the hallways and picking up trash. It's refreshing to see someone who takes pride in the facility they work in! Thanks to Brianna & Public Storage for awesome customer service. P.S. I also love the Public Storage App. It makes paying my bill fast and painless!
