Just rented a shed here and I'm very disappointed by my experience thus far. Advertised as climate controlled but it is hotter in here than it is outside. That is the whole reason I picked this facility. They only have one cart that is always missing and the office is not very helpful. I was struggling to carry in a lot of heavy items alone and was told there was no cart to use but another lady driving a Mercedes-Benz rolls in and he gives her a cart to use when me and another gentleman were denied. Very disappointed in the customer service by Spencer, he watched a few people struggle without the single cart they have for the whole facility. Only after the lady from I can only guess Scottsdale demanded that he look for the cart for her he did so and announced that he had located it once I was done. I mentioned to him that it would have been nice to be offered the other cart that was smaller that he gave the lady and he just had all the excuses why he was lacking in his customer service.
Got a storage unit here and no issues so far ...

Have you ever felt like you just entered a horror movie? Clean facility but creepy. My only complaint was that there was no one on site to help us. They have a kiosk where you contact a representative from a random location around the country.

Highway Robbery anyway they can never no one in the office leave a message took two days to return a call they gave me a lock and little did I know it was 21.00 never was aware 30.00 admin fee I did everything on line never signed any papers manager said a week ago he would return the admin fee it never happened if I didn't have such a hard time moving by myself I would have taken my stuff out the next day never again

Went to reserve a unit and the unit space was not as advertised because there was a support beam running through the unit and there was someones dirty mattress in the unit i was supposed to move into.
I finally had a great customer experience at this location after I was no joke ready to close my account. Because there’s rarely any actual staff member at this location, getting problems fixed is tough. I went in yesterday and Spencer was able to get me switched into a new unit and helped make the transition seamless. He was able to give me all the information I needed before I even knew what questions to ask. Very very helpful. Thank you Spencer!

I've never had this much problems trying to pay a bill. They like giving out late fees. No ones ever there to pay in cash.

Unfortunately I have been financially unstable for awhile. When I first got this unit it was a great deal since then even though you pay even with late charges if ever you are getting screwed.i am writing this because today I got ANOTHER email about their THIRD yes third since i have been a customer. New years goal to remove my things ASAP when I get my taxes. This place does not help you when covid hit that was one of the biggest slaps that was one of the last two increases. I only keep this because my babies things are in here. I pray I can get my things out next month. Take your business elsewhere you'll get trapped

DO NOT RENT HERE. Filled with cockroaches. I reserved my unit online, came the next day and it was dirty and filled with someone else's stuff. They moved me to a different one, but my access code NEVER worked so I constantly had to ask support to let me in or get me a temporary code. Staff here can never be found and will make it their goal to ignore you. Not to mention you can't access your own stuff after 5pm. How are people supposed to do that when they work 9-5? My experience here was awful and if I could rate it 0 starts, I would.
Changes hours so cant access storage for many hours. Even if it is during operations hours you will probably still be locked out. None of the doors work to get in often. Up you rent every three months. Has roaches, spiders, and I have even seen feces on the floor. Flatbeds often missing. Lighting only lights your section of storage so can be pretty creepy. No office people on site ever even had to sign a lease at another location for this location due to issues. Has not been a great experience. They only thing they have going is they are close to me.
This location is not manned, kiosk only. It’s never been a problem before but now they are unresponsive (3 messages unanswered). They are not equipped -no dollys. (Had I known I’d have brought my own). I had to return 3 times to access my space. App did not work. Code did not work. This issue created addition expenses for me, plus having to take things out manually. Again, unresponsive, not equipped and very, very good at taking my money.
Lack of security -Theft - Horrible Customer Service - Unresponsiveness. Our unit was broken into, and we received NO notification/communication concerning:
1) Theft
2) Public Storage replacing our lock with theirs
3) Requested information on the Thief which Public Storage confirmed they found.
The individual broke into several units at this location, and despite repeated attempts we are nearing a month without a response from a manager to get additional information on the individual identified. Sarah was very rude and Ben is completely unresponsive (assuming Sarah actually relayed the messages).
For the past several weeks I have been unable to speak with anyone at this company. While at my unit (last week in December) I bumped into a Public Storage employee who only made occasional site visits to inspect. I explained that I am being over-charged for my unit $560/month for a 10x15 and her mouth dropped open. A 10x10 unit was secured for $131/month. No one will respond to voicemails left for manager or emails sent through the website. This is very poor customer service and very disappointing because with have been a paying customer for over 12 years.
Needed to store my small trailer out of the rain. Chris saved my trailer load from being destroyed by rain. I showed up just before closing and he was a great help.
Employees are not capable of storing your stuff without losing it.
Park below for best access, otherwise fix the restrooms it's been months since they went out of order

Well they certainly put the SELF into self-storage for those who like a DIY experience.
Tip: Invest in bolt cutters.
Dont know how this place gets good reviews,, but what an awful experience. This should really be an easy thing to do. I actually feel sorry for some of the workers there because they are generally nice people .The Distract Manager is not very customer service oriented, no one seems to be available at this place as the staff floats between the 24th street location and this one. I liked the app and entry process, and the location. But having to deal with waiting for them to do the most simple things like show up, or process a refund was insanely frustrating.
They are quick available and affordable at all times. The kiosk is helpful. They are friendly courteous and professional.

Hands down one of the most infuriating companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Does not answer the phone, does not call back after messages are left, does not adhere to posted operating hours.
Some years ago I rented a unit at this facility. It was broken into. No apologies given. When I went to inspect the unit even the broken padlock hadn’t been replaced. It was close to closing and the young lady at the service desk was incredibly rude at one point even saying to me ‘Did you not hear what I said?!’ Although it was years ago, I still remember this as the rudest customer service I’ve experienced. I did report the incident and I can only describe the response as casual.
Once again, I’m looking at storage options. Although this is the closest one, they won’t be getting my business.
