I've been with public storage for over 1 year now and I've had a wonderful experience with this company I do highly recommend getting your storage at this location primarily because Debbie is absolutely amazing and treats you super fair. If any issues arises Debbie is quick to get the problem addressed!
I recently had a fantastic experience at the Public Storage location on Guadalupe, largely thanks to Deborah at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire process of securing a new unit seamless and stress-free.
Deborah took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the available options, ensuring I found the perfect unit for my belongings. What truly impressed me was her ability to help me lower my payments on both of my units. It's not often you encounter someone who goes above and beyond to assist customers in this way.
Her professionalism and dedication made a significant difference in my experience, and I left feeling valued and satisfied. If you're looking for storage solutions, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Deborah. She truly makes the process easy and enjoyable!

Debbie was sick a big help. I had some hiccups with my online rental and a few representatives reached out to try to help, but ultimately when I was able to get into the office, Debbie was able to clear everything up and get me moved into my space.

I have nothing but good things to say about Marina and the Public Storage facility on Guadalupe. This has been a challenging process for us moving our kids and all there belongings into storage in Arizona. Marina has gone above and beyond helping ensure that we get great customer service. Thankfully there are multiple sized units, climate controlled available as we ended up needing a second unit. Thank you Marina for making this transition an easy one ... you played a big part in it! There are lots of storage facilities available in the area, I am happy to have found Public Storage (and Marina)!
My experience at this location was nothing but pleasant and the staff was exceptional especially Marina Dean who went the extra mile for me I highly recommend this location!
The only reason this facility gets 3 stars is solely on the merits of Marina, the store's on-site agent. She had a great attitude and does her best to assist with problems to ensure the customer is well-informed and tries her best to resolve ongoing issues. However, as a whole, this public storage in Mesa has the worst business practices of all the storage facilities I've used. The rates are ridiculous, and they do not stand true to their word. They exploit and price gouch customers who are already struggling to keep up. They make promises of lowering the rates, knowing that they have no intentions of following through. Stay tuned for more of the back story and the updated info I'm supposed to get on Tuesday.

Well we moved into our storage unit this weekend and everything was set up for us such as our lock and text messages made things smooth, the facility felt secure and very clean, additionally, my wife had a lot of questions so we went to the office and met the lovey attendant Marina and she help us with everything and she was patient and caring. Horrible experience. I rented a unit online and when I got there I realized it wasn't climate controlled. They refuse to honor online pricing if I switched units unless I paid for the first unit and booked a new unit online. So now I'm stuck paying a month for a unit I never moved into and found another storage facility.

Nothing but good things to say about this storage facility and their staff! Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were able to access both sides by loaning us a lock and key. Even when my brother forgot to lock the unit fully, a new lock was put on within 2 hours of us being gone. My stuff has always been super secure and nothing happened while it was stored there! Thank you guys for being so amazing!!

It wasn’t fun moving my stuff into a storage. Then the economy has raised prices a lot. But this location helped me from the beginning until today. I have memory problems and can’t remember if I paid or not . I paid late, and paid ahead but they worked with me through it all. They are patient and kind even when I was frustrated. And honestly they were not the real reason for the frustration. Easy to get a unit, they have all the conveniences - good hours, respond to calls, easy gate codes, easy to use app , and supplies available. I have moved so many times in my life you would not believe but this site was the best ever. Dave , I believe current manager was the icing on the cake! Kindness goes a long way! Thanks ! If you need a unit try them.

When I rented my unit there was a lock on it, I thought the man running the place made a mistake because thee unit next to mine had not been rented, so I put my belongings in this unit and went out of town. I receive a call days later, a female worker informs me my unit was empty so she closed out my account. I was right someone was renting my unit. I called back and explained on a voicemail, couple days pass I am called again PS demanding I move my stuff. So on December 28th, 2023, I empty the unit, leave the door open and PS closes my account on Jan 2nd, charges my credit card Jan 3rd for a month of services. I ask for a refund since they clearly are not doing there job, and ask for DM to return my call, 3 days and I’m still waiting for refund and DM to return my call. Clearly security checks are not being done and the Manager lives on site. Glad I don’t give good review to start, PS does not deserve a 5 star review. 1 star because I had to NOT because I wanted to!
Such a great team. Amanda and Dave were knowledgeable, quick service, witty and friendly. We reserved online and not even ten minutes later popped into the location and were helped right away. Amanda was very informative. Even though they were about to close, they did not rush us or anything. Great team

I came by yesterday looking for a place to store my stuff. Chase was extremely patient with me and helped me find exactly what I needed at a great price.
Getting a storage unit has been tricky and sometimes confusing but my concerns were put at ease when I called public storage and spoke with Mary. She was very itenitive to and helpful she knew what would be the best unit for me . She knows her job but she also knows her customers . When our call ended I had no need to makes calls anymore my mind has been made public storage ! Thank you Mary .
Pulled up to the public storage for a new unit. As I walk in I lock eyes with one of the beautiful employees, Katlenn. Told her what I want and she gave what I need. I was having an issue with the online process...I called in to the office and the woman that answered was AMAZING...she helped me get everything figured out and went out of her way to help me get everything taken care of!! Google Maps says the office closes at 6. Been here for 15 minutes in front of an office that must have closed earlier.
How are you going to run a company? And then not have any employees present. Are we all supposed to guess when you're open? Then you wonder why people get mad, Frustrated and angry. Outrageously high prices for incredibly poor service. Thank goodness I was only giving a friend a ride here. Note to self, never rent from public storage.
Called earlier and spoke with Mary on the phone and she was very knowledgeable in prices and what size unit I will need. I am doing some price comparison around the area before I decide but the way she spoke with me, knowledgeable and attentive, will likely keep me storing at Public Storage in the future.
We had such a positive experience with Mary at store #27585 in East Mesa. She is very customer friendly but also very knowledgeable about the rental processes. She completely answered all of our questions and made a daunting task quite simple. We would gladly recommend her and Public Storage.

Was a great storage facility before public storage purchased it. Jacked rates up 50 percent to me from $140 to $210, been there for years. I went online today and I can get the old price $150 today as a new customer. Garbage. Stay away.

This storage WAS a great deal. Gone downhill since they 'sold out' to Public Storage and now they're jacking up their rates without any upgrades or additions. Single garage size from $120 to $190, no thanks.
I love this location. That said, they need a backup to get out of the storage unit. I arrived this morning at 6am to organize my storage and add some things to it. When I went to leave just over an hour later, my phone was dead. Without the app I couldn't get out of the gate to go home. I sat there for almost another hour, waiting for anyone to come and help me get out. No one came. Thankfully, my father arrived, worried that I had been gone so long. There should be an emergency button to get out or something. Long run, I know it's my fault that my phone died and I had no charger, that said it was still very frustrating!
