Debbie was great and helped us out despite it being so busy and short staffed. We did a unit transfer and she was very nice and even showed us wear the unit was and brought us a cart to use. Wonderful experience here.

Deborah at the 5910 E McDowell Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215 location was incredibly gracious and helpful with my departure yesterday. She immediately called me after having canceled online to confirm the move-out date and helped me save the entire month of November's rent by suggesting I change the move-out date to yesterday, else I would have paid for November if I would have checked out on the 2nd of November. The management company here, I think his name is Kyle, is fantastic very helpful, accommodating professional, courteous. Help me secure a great spot for my fifth wheel.

Be sure to check your emailed reciept BEFORE leaving AND pay with card not cash! I got a unit with online $1 special at end of month. Paid the $10 prorate in cash (along with $30 admin fee) but reciept didn't reflect ($10) it, and mo ths backwards. Called on due date that I owe. Explained situation, never a returned call about it. Went in 2 days later, no one in office, no cell # to call or "we'll be back" sign. Called next day (4th) TWICE just 10 mi s from each other by 2 different people at 2 different locations, my issue not even looked into. Obvious poor communication if I got Called 2x in 10 mins. 3rd call was that my $10 was "waived" per management. Whatever u wana call it, I learned a lesson and that ordeal is over. Thank u management for "waiving" what i already paid.

Great service and same day access to storage unit.

Avoid this storage unit company at all costs. I came in with an issue of a lost key. They were unwilling to cut the lock for me and wanted me to hire a locksmith. Instead, I drilled the lock (DID NOT CUT IT), it was drilled into the keyhole, the pins were removed and the lock opened. They charged me $150 for a damaged unit even though it was not damaged at all. They couldn't provide any proof of the damage (i.e. photos/video) but just expect me to accept their "word" that it was damaged. I will be filing a small claims court case against the company and will never use them again. I recommend using CubeSmart. I have another unit with them and they've confirmed that they are willing to cut the lock for you should you ever accidentally misplace your keys. Poor customer service and a poor experience will cause me to never use this company again.

Convenient location! 24 hr access for me as I start at 4am I got this unit when I lived with the Karens in Las Sendas! Omg Blue collar isn't allowed..Lmfao So I had to use this site as a shop. Still gets used as it's next to the office.

Our public storage experience was amazing thanks to the manager Kyle who helped us choose the right size unit for our needs and had everything clean and ready for a flawless move in! We also rented an RV spot from him and he made everything so easy!!!!

The one star is because they have good prices. Everything else has been a nightmare. I called on the phone and everything was great. I was able to pay and reserve immediately. I told them while we were on the phone. My husband will be the one bringing the Travel in so is the name we should be putting there. She said we didn't need to worry about that. I told her that he is the one that will be driving and picking up and delivering, etc. etc. they told me it would be no problem When my husband went to check out the spot, it was a pretty tight one so we asked to change the spot spot number 99 for this. I now have to come in add him to it and switch out the spot. I cannot do this in any other way, but to arrive to the facility. We have airline tickets and flying out of Tucson, Arizona I called them this morning to try to see if I could email them something with my signature my passport anything to just switch from space 95 to 99. They told me no I had to come in so now I'm going out of my way instead of going to Tucson from Apache Junction and I've been sitting here since 2:50 PM waiting for them. They told me they would be here at three. It is currently 3:45 PM And we have all of these plans in Tucson before we even go to the airport and now I am extremely worried. I also let them know this so I have no idea why no one has been answering the phone now going on 50 minutes. Customers have come as I have no idea what to do so I'm just sitting here :( Desperate and hoping that perhaps ownership or management will get this review and do something while I'm still sitting here in a terrible position It is 4:51 PM. I have been sitting here since 2:55 PM. I am down to 29 miles of gasoline in my car left because it's 90° so I had to keep the AC on. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone. They told me that they know that someone was supposed to be here at three, but it will be 15 more minutes before someone does arrive. It is currently 4:52 PM We had to cancel everything we are doing in Tucson just to barely be able to get to the airport in time This is really silly because I told this person on the phone that I was not the person that would be dropping off my trailer that it would indeed be my husband and all this was about was moving from one space 95 to another space 99 I hope that someone in ownership or management eventually read this and does something better 4 Customers This is the worst experience I've ever had with any storage facility in my 52 years on earth It is 5:22 PM. I just got everything I needed. No one cares at all that someone was supposed to be here at 3 PM or that I've been waiting for two hours and 22 minutes in my car with the AC on spending even more money on gas I've never seen a company so flippant about such disgustingly terrible services go anywhere else. If this wasn't a six month planned trip where we had absolutely no room for error I would absolutely have gone anywhere else

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!! They are dishonest and not customer service focused at all. We have been renting 2 storage units here for 2 years. After quite a few increases we are now paying over $350 for each unit even though they are advertising the same size units for $147. We have asked repeatedly for the price to be lowered to market price but they refuse. They say the market/lower price is for new customers only. I suppose that's so they can randomly jack up the price once they have your business. It seems some customers receive a good price while the others do not. That sounds alot like discrimination. Public Storage start taking care of ALL your customers not just the handful you've decided meet your guidelines of who should receive fair pricing. Most companies reward long time customers while Public Storage penalizes them for staying.

First off, you shouldn’t continue to put your stickers on my personal lock that I did not buy from you. Second, I wouldn’t ever recommend that anyone rent a storage space from you ever. I moved out on the morning of July 3rd. I was charged a FULL MONTHS RENT July 2nd. Called customer service and was told sorry, the only way to prevent being charged would have been to move out June 30th. We don’t pro rate the month. So I was charged $150 for 3 days people. Take your money elsewhere. These people collect that much rent on one space and get never have a working gate. It’s ALWAYS being repaired. Since it’s always broken, property can’t be safely secured.

Started out with a 10x10 and then moved to a 5x10 and a very satisfied with Kyle's professionalism and promptness. Even received a reminder call for my appointment to move into a new unit. Very class act. Professional.

Rate increases almost monthly for reasons unknown, always flooded and smelly. Trash is all over the place people temporarily park in your rented spot. Go pay your hard earned money somewhere else it'll be worth it.

I've been a Public Storage customer at the Mesa McDowell Road facility for 5 months now and I am very happy with the unit, the cleanliness of the facility and the helpful nature of the staff. I use their app to open and close the gate from my phone (makes entering very easy). I'd also like to recognize Kyle as a highlight of my experience at Public Storage. He is very professional, responsive person with a positive, can do attitude....a rarity in today's world. Thanks Kyle.

Some hidden fees (lock fee, admin fee, etc) then I wouldn't expecting when I got the promotional $59 and 5x10 unit, so now ended up at $110 after on fees and taxes! They didn't give me the option to bring my unlock my locker, I had you there that was purchased within the department miscellaneous fees, like admin fees. I actually wish they were open past 9:00 p.m., that's so early to close down! Besides that, the facility and grounds seem very clean and tidy and extra flatbed carts that you can utilize to assist in moving. Overall, good quality for the , especially in this price gouging days!

At the public storage on McDowell between recker rd and Greenfield Saundra was very helpful, she was very friendly. I enjoyed visiting with her while she signed me up and took my money. However upon leaving our code did not work, fortunately another customer behind us let us out.

I move everything out by 2nd, and then they billed me for full month. As a disabled veteran of the United States Army i can't afford it. I spoke to management and their response to me was "too bad that's the way we do it." I highly recommend you go anywhere but this place . Because to me to me they have no honor no decency .

What an amazing experience!! I reserved my unit online but when I went to move in I saw that it was too small for what I needed. Nothing was currently available but Latoya promised to call me back with my options. She called back as promised right before closing and even offered to wait for me to comeback in to make the switch. Once I returned to the facility Latoya helped me move into a bigger unit within 5 minutes!! Thank you Public Storage for hiring great people like Latoya!!

They keep raising the rates. This increase that’s about to go in effect is almost 30%!! With an 80% increase overall in two years. That’s the thanks I get for being there for over two years and always on time with payments. On top of that, my unit was infested with mice a year ago and they did very little to take care of the problem. I had to place mice/rat poison in the unit myself since their black boxes they placed outside weren’t effective. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
