This Public Storage, located just south of the 60 freeway on Baseline Road between Lindsay Road and Val Vista Drive, is a great location for cheap self storage units in the Mesa/Gilbert area. It's also just a quick trip from the 202 or 101 freeways, as well.
Families in the Dana Ranch, Sun View Estates and Porter Acres communities won't have to go far to utilize a 10x30 unit during a remodel, while local businesses off of Gilbert Road may want to rent a 10x10 unit to store extra office equipment and supplies when things get a little tight around the office.

08/12/24 Rebecca was not forthcoming with the pricing over the phone. I called her twice to verify. However, when we arrived with a truck load at 5:30 pm her last statement was. And there is an additional $15 a month for insurance that’s Required. On top of the storage unit price.

The only minor issue I have is with opening the gates when leaving. If I’m by the gate by the office and send an unlock signal to open it, the opposite gate opens. So I have drive around to that gate to leave.

Update to my previous review below. Today my mother and I moved all her stuff from her previous storage to Public Storage. Rebecca was very helpful in getting us a trolly to move our things and helped my mother with access to the facility. I appreciated her patience with us and actually taking us outside to show us how to use the entry pad. Rebecca is a very good and caring person keep her around. The only issue I have is that after having the storage for 6 months they raised my monthly payment $30 more dollars per month, that is a bit excessive I think. Customer service is great but the cost is getting a little high.

The lady that runs this location was kind to us. We are grateful for her, but Public Storage as a company is a terrible company to do business with. They kept increasing the rent multiple times, significantly, and kept finding ways to charge us an extra fee. It was my most horrible experience with a storage company so far. I will not use Public Storage ever again but they do have a nice lady working the front counter. My experience was so horrible that I went out and bought a piece of land with a detached garage on it to get out from under this company and rid myself of their toxicity

Rebecca in the office was amazing! She was able to assist me with my move-out without having to pay for an extra month, even when I accidentally left the lock on the unit after I was supposed to have removed it before the start of the next month. Really easy using the online application process walked right up to my unit and the lock was waiting for me inside.
Didnt really like the location of my unit and I wish it had more accurate sizing online I wouldve went a tad bigger.

Rebecca is a fantastic manager! My husband and I have utilized a number of storage facilities; she is friendly and available. When we moved in, she "checked in" with us to make sure all was going well--a lot of stuff. Security there is NOT a joke, unlike some other places. 4 thumbs up, WAY up.

First off, I didn't realize how lucky I had gotten picking the location that I ended up picking until it was time to move in (I signed up for the unit online from a different city). The unit was the perfect size and fairly priced for what I needed and it was very easy to access and move in my belongings. There was a lock and information regarding the insurance waiting for me in the unit.
Rebecca has been absolutely fantastic with the whole process. I have dealt with her on three different occasions now and every time she has been extremely friendly and informative. She has fully answered all of my questions without hesitation and provided top-notch customer service.
I have had to use storage units many times in the past and nobody can hold a candle to the level that Rebecca is on. Public Storage, this girl deserves a pay raise and hearty congratulations for her exemplary work!

Location was the main reason for renting at this Public Storage. Pricing is fair. Property is clean and well maintained. Managers are friendly yet professional. From the day I rented my space untilthe day I moved out of the unit, the manager of the busines was nothing short of amazing. She made it a point to contact me right away when I was first trying to rent the unit and when I moved out, she was incredibly helpful. I would reccommend this location to anyone considering renting a storage space, it's difficult to find people that actually care, and this is one of those places!

I stopped by this location Lindsay/Baseline on 2/15/22 to pick up some items from our unit and was met by an incredibly friendly young lady. She was able to answer all of my questions about my account in detail and I just wanted to give her a shout out! We’ve used this location for years now on and off and have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the facility itself and the competency of their employees.

I have had a really good experience with my Public Storage property manager. Rebecca was so helpful when I had trouble paying on time this month. She was also able to help put a hold on the increase coming up for six months! The increase starting in March is just coming at a rough time and with Rebecca’s help I can get back on track with my payments! Thank you Rebecca!!!!
