Andrea was super helpful and informative. She even got my rate lowered. I have been using their facility for two years and by far she has given the best customer service out of all the people I’ve had to deal with over there.
This place has homeless and drug addict living in spaces. This is not an exaggeration. We had homeless people take over our unit day 1 of cleaning out and this place tried to charge us a fee for leaving things behind. On top of that, our move out date isn’t until 10/31 and somehow they are money grabbing. I’ve got photos and videos of how I left the unit. Also, be forewarned. If you are paying for a climate controlled unit that is outside the closed area it will be HOT and stinky. They claim being near the door warrants climate controlled.

I had avery bad experience with a man working the frot desk over the weekend. Rip off! Moved out today on the 3rd after paying the month on the 1st, ive rented several storage units before, and if i were to move out before the month was over they give back the remainder on the rent that was paid. This place is wack! And is keeping my money paid $192 for a 10x15 storage … go to another place this is not where you want to keep your stuff over priced! Mill and southern has another storage facility $98 for the same 10x15 unit take your business there

**NOTE: STAFF ARE TERRIFIC, HELPFUL AND EMPATHETIC - BUT - Renter beware, THE COMPANY CLEARLY DOESNT APPRECIATE CUSTOMER OR EMPLOYEE. Fun fact: your rental agreement is month to month, which means that they may raise or lower your monthly fees at their sole discretion. So if you rent with an introductory price, be prepared for random increases with absolutely no notice, and no shame.
I think the property manager is great, and so are all of the other staff I have had the pleasure of meeting. Company expectations exceed human capabilities, so in my opinion these guys have super powers!
If you are going to choose Public Storage anyway - and let's face it, we are all going to because that $1 first month is all anyone can afford when you're moving - then I definitely recommend this location. It's location leaves much to be desired so I appreciate knowing that these guys are making sure all of my things stay safe. You guys rule. Thank you!

Staff aren't really helpful here. Ran by another 'Just here for a paycheck type of worker'. More than half the time they aren't even in office during their posted office hours. Raised the price beyond what the next storage facility is charging in the same area for the same unit. Moving out.

I have rented from these people for over two years without being laid on a payment. I pay $345 apparently for a 10 x 15 which they advertise online for less than half of that price. They will not discount my rate to the online price, they would rather me have to get all of my stuff move it over to units to get a bigger one for better price, I would never recommend the storage unit to anybody. The customer service is very hard to deal with and honestly if I wasn’t put in a position to where I had to have this specific storage location, I would have my stuff out in a Absolutely the worst experience I have ever dealt with. Meanwhile, there are people living in the storage units and I seen the property manager caring needles from drugs to a trashcan. The last time I was in there stay away.

I just moved from California to Arizona and I am so grateful I found this Public Storage location. Firstly, Anthony (the GM) was amazing at not only returning my phone calls quickly, but he was so patient and kind and flexible. His attitude was initially why I wanted to go with this facility. Then when I arrived, Breanna at the front desk gave me the best customer service I have literally ever received. She was amazing and made the entire process so seamless, I really saw how much she cares about what she does! If you are looking for a great facility with incredible customer service, you cannot beat this location.

Great price with a smooth and easy contact-less renting process. I rented the unit online and 20min later I was at the unit with the lock waiting for me inside. I was actually quite surprised how quick and efficient it was. I met the gentleman later that day (apologies, I don't remember his name), but he was great and totally on the ball.

Been with public storage for less than a year...was very happy until they raised the rent out of the blue...no notice nothing. I called to inquire and was told I was notified via email as well as a message on my app. This was a blatant lie. Believe me I searched.
The worst of it is my rate went up 30% or more...from 173 for a 5 x 15 to almost 250! I went across the street and rented a 10 x 20 as well as a 5 x 10 for less than 200. The prices of a 10 x 15 are advertised at 163 at public storage but I doubt they'll tell anyone their 1st "unannounced" increase will be 33%. Or is that just a special for me...for never having been late or missed a payment. What a reward! They're dishonest. A ripoff.
