The customer service at this location is unmatched. Carla is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they offer. I have been rented a unit over 3 years. Carla is helpful and kind. But the company (owner) raising the price everytime. They dont recognize loyality or to keep cusyomer. This month, I paid $383.00 that is to much. I moved out on July 14th. Do you think they give you back half of the money NO. But when you rent you have to pay for half of the month. However, I appreciate Carla for great customer service.

Needed to downgrade to a smaller unit and Carla set me up in less than 10 minutes. Was able to keep my existing lock and entry code which made the switch even more seem less. She also had a unit that was 10 feet away from existing unit so all I had to do was move my stuff from one unit to the other. Awesome experience and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have to say I had the best experience ever with this public storage. Carla was nothing but amazing and super helpful. She helped me get my issues situated out like never before. I stopped in at this location to see units and get pricing. Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable and when I am ready to get a unit this is the place I will definitely get it .the customer service alone is worth renting here.

Such easy access and love the app, HOWEVER, we've only had storage here for about 4 months and they are already increasing our rent by $30 with no explanation why! We would have never done business if we knew it would increase so soon. And it probably will again with no reason! Absolutely ridiculous and so wrong.

Bill was normally 150 it’s gone up to 239 in less than eight months the one thing public storage does is they will raise your rates every month they use the same system as the airlines and hotels so they can rip you off as much as they possibly can get away with her yet everybody to look at your bills for storage with this company I just got notice of the $65 increase for one month going forward how is it when this is just a building which is the cheapest thing to build can I continue to raise your rates it’s because they don’t use contracts they only use month-to-month so you’re never locked in shame on public storage you already make a killing on all your units
