It rained last night and my storage space is flooded. Boxes have so much water in them it pours out when I lift it up. Electronics ruined. It’s 8:30 and they are supposed to be open but one is here. No one will answer the phone.

I had to change my reviews for this company. The rats ate up my dry food that I had boxed up. They urinated on my good couch and had my apartment smelling so bad. I accused my new landlords of having dead rats in the ceiling and come to find out it was my couch smelling up my home. Rat pellets were in a lot of my boxes. I had brand new clothes with tags on them for my grandkids. They rats urinated on them and there were rat feces all over them. I called and spoke with a young lady there. Told her my situation, and she was so dry. She could care less!! Told me to call the insurance company. I told her they don't cover rats damage, and she once again told me to call them. I had to throw away e erything! On top of that. They charged me $112.0] For moving on the 1st. I was 1 DAY late. The rent was $149.0] a month. What kind of prorating was that?? AND PUT IT ON MY CREDIT!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO RENT FROM. WARNING!!!

I rented this because I have had good rentals from other Public Storage in other states. Many reviews for this place is about the workers. Yes, Wayne was good. This is a storage facility. The most important feature should be the storage unit itself.
I rented an inside unit thinking it would be climate controlled. Boy was I wrong!
Inside unit here meant that it was inside a corridor so no sun exposure NOT climate control. Since there’s no sim exposure and no air circulation the storage unit was musky and smelled of mold.
Furthermore, the security is POOR! The doors are not steel like other Public Storages but cheap hollow core interior doors. What’s worse is that doors don’t need to be broken to get to the contents, the locking hasp hardware are done so cheaply that it takes a simple hand tool to break into the unit very quickly!
I moved out quick! This is the WORST Public Storage facility I’ve come across.
