The location is very convenient in that it is near Taco Bell and a KFC. The staff here were very friendly and explained the storage selections available and they were clear on the cost. The lot appeared clean for the most part. The storage area felt like it would be a secure place to store things.

ANOTHER great location for the semmes area
They went up on the price of the unit without a notice and when we went to collect our stuff almost every thing was ruined by the water getting under the door because it didn't have any stripping to prevent water and leaves from washing under the door causing most of our furniture and clothes to mildew. Also it doesn't have a curb high enough to prevent all the water that runs down the hill actually funnels into the units. This is the kicker! We thought maybe we could get rid of some of the mold smells but then we find that almost every box and piece of furniture had been urinated chewed on or crapped on by mice or rats. It was infested with rodent evidence. I will never forget this experience and how much we lost do to lack of property management.

My experience was delightful. Miss Nyrie was very professional. She was able to take care of all of my needs and concern. She was very professional, very knowledgeable. She was able to answer and explain all of my questions, that I asked her very thoroughly and completely. She was also able to multitask! When other customers came into the store, she was able to continue work with me and also take care of the other customer needs. I would recommend this facility to all of my family and friends! Moving, packing, and finding the right Storage facility can be stressful! Miss. Nyrie made me feel relaxed at ease doing such a hectic time in my life! When I left Public Storage facility at 5010 Moffett Road, I felt that my personal items would be stored in a safe, secure place!

Best climate control
Im use to doing everything with them online as I dont live in mobile anymore but since i was there i decided to go in and pay this month's bill. They had no change on hand had to go get change in order to make payment. Very inconvenient yet for the most part all my items are in tack and can access the gate right from my phone prices were fair at 135.00 monthly now my Rent for the unit is being raised to 187.00 monthly haven't been able to get in contact with anyone as of yet to find out what the price raise is about..
Ashli was kind and generous. She answered all my questions and helped me through the rental.

Nyrie was excellent. when we arrived at the storage, there was an issue with our storage unit where an also new customer had moved into our unit instead of the one they were supposed to move into. She quickly resolved the issue. She allowed us to start moving in while she re-did the paperwork so we wouldn’t have to wait. This was a very quickly and pleasant process.

Public Storage is a horrible corporation to deal with. I have owned 2 RV's, been in same storage spot for 11 years. Original owner was magnolia, never had any problems. Magnolia raised rent 1 time in 9 years. Public Storage purchased about 2 years ago, been raising the rent since. This month, raised another 45%. This is double the rent in less than 2 years. The orange people have officially run every RV and boat out. Don't waste your money.
